General Suggestion - Healing Timer

What are you suggesting? -
Changing the amount of time you have to wait to be able to heal yourself/others. Currently, you must wait 3 seconds before being able to heal yourself/others and you need to be out of active combat. What I am suggesting is that the timer be raised from 3 second to 5-10 seconds.

The main reasoning behind this is because I have seen D-Class, Bios, and every other class just run away from combat and just start healing or heal just after closing a door. Having the timer raised would give both sides of the battle a fair and balanced chance at killing the other person.

How would this change better the server? -
It would make combat healing a little more hard to do and it would also make combat a little more balanced for everyone.

Are there any disadvantages of making this change to the server? If so, explain. -
People would actually have to count and get behind cover to be able to be healed, but that would only really balance combat more.

Who would this change mostly benefit? -
Anyone fighting against people with medkits.

10 seconds should be good enough. Having it be 3 seconds is way too short, and anyone without a medkit or armor kit will be at a huge disadvantage, as all they have to do is close a door and by the time its open again, they healed up.

Having a medkit on a class is so good already as it gives you the ability to get into a few more gunfights and nearly die then just heal up afterwards. Having the ability to basically double your health by closing a door is just too good.
