How would this change better the server? - So whenever someone sees Maynard doing something unethical (like releasing SCP-173 or something), they're of course going to call it out and they're just going to put a AOS/KOS on Maynard, so what I'm suggesting is for Maynard and the Witness having a roll off to see who most trustworthy. For example, when Maynard Releases D-Class, a Utility Member or a Scientist is going to see Maynard doing that, and when the Witness calls it out, MTF are going to arrive and tell the witness to come on over to Maynard's Location. They'll both roll to see who's trustworthy and who isn't. Whenever Maynard Rolls Higher than the Witness, Maynard gets away with it, and of course when the Witness rolls higher, Maynard will be cuffed and taken into custody while the Witness just continues doing his business. Are there any disadvantages of making this change to the server? If so, explain. - If anyone higher then Level 3 or MTF/Security sees Maynard doing something terrible, they're just going to call it out and be put on AOS/KOS without having to roll. For bigger offenses like killing a Foundation member, the roll wouldn't happen, encouraging Maynard to be sneaky but not getting fucked over just for lets say breaching a Euclid. If you as a research command let out an SCP and were reported as an enlisted I'm almost positive MTF would come and question you and you would be talked to by command.
