For my qualities as a leader, I'm friendly with lowers ranking police officers, Low command officers, and, with high command members. I also have valuable critical thinking skills and can bring new ideas to the table. I take initiative with most situations such as training cadets without being told or telling others to use correct radio etiquette. I also have previous experience as a command member so I know how to de-escalate a situation when things start to get out of control. Due to my time of being in a Tactical department, I know what's it like for a non-tactical unit to run into situations and I know how to deal with those officers without just demoting them. I believe i should become PD LT not only due to my previous experience as a command member but I believe i have traits that I would want my low command members to have.
