Gaminglight First COMPETITIVE EVENT

 

We will be  holding a 5v5 Event on Saturday, December 22nd, starting at 1:00pm EST .

 

DESCRIPTION

 

• Gaminglight will be hosting a competitive event. Read carefully all of the rules and guidelines set in the event. The event will consist of teams being pitted against one another. The rules are listed below. The event will consist of BO1 games until the final match which will be a BO3. 

 

• Prizes for winning team:  Gaminglight store credits 

 

• The event is open to all members with a valid forums account

MATCH SETTINGS:

 

• 5V5 Skirmish best of 30 rounds
• Freeze time: 15 seconds
• Round time: 1:55 Minutes 
• Bomb Time: 45 seconds
• Regulation Max Rounds: 30
• Regulation Max Cash: $16,000
• Each team is able to VETO 2 maps each, and the rest of the maps will be random. (BO1)
• Each team is able to VETO 1 map each, and the rest of the maps will be randomized. (BO3)

EVENT APPLICATIONS

 

There is only one way to participate in this event. In efforts to prevent team staking, all teams will be randomized. This is also a good opportunity to work with and meet players you may not meet regularly in the community.

If you sign-up please make sure to attend the event and strictly follow the application. You must follow Gaminglights rules and acknowledge that you may be subject to removal if you are caught breaking any rules or guidelines. (Hacking, griefing, ghosting, etc)

Please Note: If you are unable to make the event, please let @Will Newel know at least 3 days ahead of time to make sure we are able to reorganize to fill a spot. Failure to notify us within three days time of a cancellation will result in a possible ban of future events

NOTE:

• There will only be limited spots available for this event, anyone who applies after December 17th will be put into a fill list. Application after the 21st will be nullified. If you are on the fill list, you may be able to play if a player does not notify us three days before the event.

 

• If there are enough people on the waiting list, they will be considered a team, if such is not the case, those who are wait-listed will be put on teams that have people who are not there 

 

• Brackets will be posted two days before the actual event.
