1. What is your IGN? (In Game Name) : Havoc ATL LTCOL Sainty HK0013
2. What Regiment are you applying for? Havoc - Vice Commander.
3. Why do you want to be a commander of this branch?
I would like to be a vice commander for havoc once again for a number of reasons. After coming out of reserves due to seeing the poor activity, with havoc only having 2 officers and hardly any active NCO's / enlisted, this sparked my interest to revive this battalion like I did the last time I was vice commander. So far after being back I have hosted around 20 tryouts daily and my activity will be exactly where it was the last time I was vice commander. After seeing this mass inactivity within havoc, I want to come back and host daily missions, sims, tryouts and passive RP to ensure havoc are a respected and active battalion on the server like they were when I was a vice commander. After my previous run at Vice commander, I have learnt a lot and my server play time has basically doubled. This experience I have gained since then will further my ability to help drive activity and manage the battalion as a whole if needed. I also have lots of ideas for havoc, ranging from weapons / vehicles / RP. Being a Vice commander and working closer with HC would allow me to brainstorm ideas with them to make this battalion as great as it can possibly be.
4. How much game time do you have on the server? As of 12/14/21, I have 1,004:47 hours. You can see this on my battlemetrics. https://www.battlemetrics.com/players/979227623?servers[4604844]=1M
5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch?
The main purpose of a vice commander is to be the face of the battalion. I feel like since my last run as the havoc vice, I did just that. I ensured that all havoc members were doing as they should and the battalion ran smoothly. I make sure officers spoke to me about performing well, NCO's were striving to become officers and enlisted would repeatedly come on due to them having fun whilst playing as a havoc trooper. I feel as a vice commander you need to help set the atmosphere for the battalion as a whole and this has changed to be a more negative setting since I had left. Another purpose of a commander is to be reliable and active to ensure your troopers always have someone who can promote them, be approachable for any matters and to make sure the roster is fully up to date. These three things I did great last time and will only be performing better this next time round.
6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? :
To get this out of the way, yes I did resign due to me being too busy with university work. After evaluating my time management, I have come to the conclusion that I will have enough time to commit to the server and fulfil all duties that are expected of me at this position. I also have experience doing this exact role before and have succeeded reviving havoc one and ILL DO IT AGAIN! As you can clearly tell, I am fully passionate about this battalion as this is the only battalion I commit my time to and always am there to help out. Throughout my time as a reserves, I constantly checked up on the battalion, got feedback from wheat who would tell me who was performing well and what is happening in the battalion, so I never truly felt like I left.
7. How often can you be Online? :
I can be on basically everyday for at least 8 hours.
8. Do you have any Warnings? (What for?) : I have 1 from when I was first playing on the server for MARDM. Thanks for taking your time out of the day to read my application. I hope me just coming out of reserves does not sway your vote to the no side, as to me, it never truly felt like I left the battalion and server. I will be just as active as I was before.
