1. What is your IGN? (In Game Name) : Sainty 2. What Regiment are you applying for? Havoc 3. Why do you want to be a commander of this branch? I would like to be a vice commander for havoc for so many reasons. First of all, since joining the server havoc was the first ever battalion I joined, I have a strong passion for this battalion and believe that having myself as a vice commander would not only help improve growth to this battalion it will also increase activity as we will constantly have a vice commander on either running sims and trainings and making sure all members of the battalion pull their weight. I want to help boost morale in havoc as recently due to high inactivity the battalion has been slacking. Under my assistance in command I will not allow the battalion slack anymore and show how great the battalion and its members can be. Since I first joined havoc and learnt to get to know everyone, I knew this battalion was my home and set a goal for myself to one day lead by example and help inspire other troopers like I was once myself. Furthermore, I hope to be able to implement changes myself and others that I have spoken to extensively believe would help the battalion as whole. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? The main purpose of a vice commander is to be the face of the battalion. I will not only represent havoc daily, I will be the perfect embodiment of a havoc trooper. I will be constantly overlooking the battalion making sure all officers are keeping up the high standard we look for in an officer, making sure they are hosting sims, some tryouts and promoting people who are doing well and ensuring they are looking over NCOs like they should be. I will be making sure everyone hits their quotas weekly, because when this is not done consistently the battalion begins to crumble which I will not be allowing if I'm in command. I will be making better links with other battalions so we always have other battalions to do sims or missions with and finally making sure I am hosting fun activities for the battalion to ensure that our enlisted are motivated to play so we have a more active, competitive battalion. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : I should be trusted as vice commander as I have always been active in havoc hosting over 50 tryouts some weeks as a NCO before I got officer. I will represent havoc in the best way I possibly can, upholding the strong image a vice commander should have. I have also turned AT around. Before I took over the assault team we had one member. Now after I have taken over the assault team, we now have 6 members who I am hosting training with constantly ensuring their AT experience is as great as it possibly could be. I hope to do the same thing with the whole battalion which I will not fail with. 7. How often can you be Online? : I am online daily anywhere from 6-16 hours and always available on discord. 8. Do you have any Warnings? (What for?) : I believe I have 1 warning, from a while ago.

- MINUS SUPPORT. - I do not think you are fit for this role. - Doesn't follow orders. - Recently had to get spoken to about the quality of trainings he was presenting. - Known to cause issues. - Says he keeps everyone active by doing trainings, however in the logs i have only ever seen him log one training. - Well known to minge and I have not seen any improvement on this, when asked to follow orders which he doesn't like he tends to sulk and try to do his own thing. Overall, I do not think you are fit for this role, but good luck!

As ATL I 100% agree that the Assault team is a bit underwhelming as we are meant to be a front line Havoc trooper. I agree with all other changes too, keep up the great work bear!

I will oversee the NCOs encouraging them to run tryouts, sims and trainings to help keep enlisted active and wanting to work their ways up the ranks. I have plenty of ideas for the battalion which I feel like as an officer I will be able help push further. I have some experience in being an officer as I am currently a 2LT in havoc hosting over 50 tryouts in one week. I have already done plenty tryouts as an NCO in 501st and hosted multiple sims. I feel like I have already made an impact to 501st being active anywhere from 5 - 18 hours a day encouraging and helping enlisted members out in anyway I can, therefore my activity and leadership skills could help the 501st flourish. - Why do you want to become an Officer?: I want to become an officer in 501st to help oversee NCOs and influence them to take lead over enlisted and help them actively participate the the community. It is also to host activities such as sims and trainings so members of the battalion are not bored and always have something to do.
