(Can be any length) I personally feel like I deserve this rank as I have previously shown my dedication to the server as a staff member, I was never striked or warned as a staff and feel like I did a good job. I ensured all players wether they were new or old were treated fairly and equally in sits and make sure those new players were not immediately warned etc for something they may not have known was a rule. By doing this, this allowed newer players to not just immediately leave the server as they felt they were treated unfairly as some have done in the past. Furthermore I want to ensure we are not understaffed at times like we used to be around GMT hours. I also want to ensure the server is as fun as it can be for everyone and being a staff allows you to do that. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? First of all, I would tell them to calm down and stop swearing at me, I would then check logs and gather some sort of evidence to ensure that they actually did what they were reported for. I would then explain to them the consequence depending how many people they killed and get someone to ban then accordingly as at TMOD you can not ban players.

All the rebels were dead, we were in the entrance room of the Light cruiser. I understand what you are saying though. If I wasn't literally one of the people who got shot (Which I am not bothered by) I would also strongly advise someone providing a clip. However, I literally witnessed it all. In these situations, witnessing the situation with no proper evidence (apart from logs) what you are saying is completely right and I agree with you. I personally think someone should just have a word with him not to do it again and the situation should be closed. This is coming from one of the people actually shot lol.
