Why do you feel that you deserve the position of officer? With my time in Shock I have tried to help and support the ideas for others to help benefit Shock as a regiment. I feel as if my effort towards Shock has been fairly helpful and I feel as if I get this position I can further help do more for the Regiment. Shock means the world to me and I love working with everybody in it and I am always willing to help. I continuously want to help and I feel as if I have done a lot so I may prove myself. With this I wish to continue helping everybody best I can. Why do you feel you can be trusted to hold this position? I feel as if I've done a lot for Shock so far all in positive ways to improve it. I feel as the way I work with the Shock Command team it would be very beneficial to a healthy relationship between everyone. All I want is to help shock benefit more from any ideas we think of any way I can help support them in what they need. My decision making has not been terrible and it continues to improve each day for what I need to do in Shock. The regiment just in general means a lot to me and I would like to see it improve more than it already has. If chosen, what can you add to the battalion that other applicants can't? I feel if I get this position I can help connect the understand of NCO's and Enlisted with the Commanders. Also would be willing to help anyone and everyone so I may also present new ideas if I feel needed or within good reason. While Shock is in a good place I feel as any ideas I may think I can end up presenting to the Shock Command with good chance. Shock means a lot to me and me being an officer is just giving me more of an opportunity to help. How active can you be? I can be on everyday for 3 hours or more.

I believe honestly that Katie would be perfect as a 501st Officer and would really help out the 501st with new ideas/suggestions.

1. What is your IGN? (In Game Name) : Shore SQL CPT Bett TK1209 2. What Regiment are you applying for? Stormtrooper (ST) 3. Why do you want to be a commander of this branch? I want to command this Regiment for the reason of that I honestly love working with the people inside of it. One of my favorite things to do is help new players to the server. Being a ST Vice Commander would be a great way for me to help out the server and my regiment even more than I already can. I love how well ST is doing but I want to be able to have the chance to help better themselves. With my activity I get to see almost all of the new guys as well as their potential. Another thing is to just make it a more active and respected regiment on the server. With this it'll also give me the chance to be included more as well as include others more. I also wanna be a role model to try to make respective troops of the new players and help them branch out so they can have more fun on the server. 4. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? As the Vice Commander, for Stormtrooper's, you are the one in charge of your branch. Your task is to keep track of the troops of your Regiment as well as keep them well organized all the time. A commander is expected to host activities to keep it fun for the regiment as well as keep the entertained. Also, as a commander it should be your goal to keep needed information going between high command and lower enlisted troops, to make sure your troops have a voice so you can bring up any good ideas as well as any concerns as you seen fit. Lastly, a commander should be a good role model for his regiment and treat everybody from High Command all the way down to a Stormtrooper Private with respect. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : While I have been told by some people of authority to apply for this position that I have been fun to talk too while also being serious. On another note I have never been warned on the server. As well as I always try my best to respect everybody all day as much as I possibly can. Furthermore I feel as if my jobs even as an officer is to help new players on the server and to make them feel more welcome to give them a good time so they stick around so they may join a regiment to have a great day. Also I understand with all of this I will have to keep the regiment/sub-branches well managed and respected by those fit for the positions as seen fit. I've said this from the beginning that I always adapt to situations as well as I am a fast learner so I can fix issues quickly. I have been told about the responsibilities I would have and fully understand what I have to do. Always ready for any criticism so I can improve myself as a leader so I can adjust as player feedback suggests. 7. My main point is to improve the reputation and mindset of Shock so that they can understand and continue to uphold Imperial law on the ISD. But for DT I feel as if I can improve their aim as well as trigger discipline as from so far that is the only slight problem that I’ve seen. With Shock I wanna make sure they have reasons for their Arrests as well as aren’t looking to force reasons on to Imperial Personal of the ISD. With being an SO I will be able to improve more regiments than just Naval. As well as host tryouts whenever DT or Shock is busy, to keep these Regiments gaining new successful Imperial forces to create the new face for Shock and better yet make them better anyway I can. I love helping answer questions and helping people as much as I physically can as well as get them the audience they need if I can not answer the question they have. Why should you be trusted with this position?: I’ve talked a lot with Shock and have given them advice before so I understand how they operate. For DT I have a great relationship with them though I would mainly need to learn how they operate which once I do it shouldn’t be hard to find ideas for improvement. On the ISD I’m always trying to help everyone in anyway I can to better themselves as well as the server. I have no bad intentions as well as I am always willing to listen and learn if I’m uninformed. Why do you want this rank?: I want this rank because I feel as I have a very good relationship with the Shock officers and I want to help them improve their security to continue to maintain Imperial law and order on the ISD. As well as the relationship I hold with DT I think is very strong, but I would like to work with them mainly with aim training and trigger discipline for VIP Sims that I can do with them to generally help them improve. I would also wanna teach Shock a few things as well as suggest some stuff for them to learn, cause some of it has been an issue but I’ve seen they’re all willing to work with new ideas. In the midst of it all I honestly just love both of these Regiments and would like to help them improve in anyway I can find. Do you understand that if you receive a strike you will be stripped of this rank?: Yes, of course. What is your purpose within your assigned branch?: As a SO my job would be to oversee the DT as well as Shock to see what they are doing. As well as if anybody from either Regiment has a question I would try to answer it to the best of my ability also any issues that are going on I would make sure get resolved. SO’s are supposed to host tryouts for both Regiments. As well as if the SD needs anything assistance the SO’s are to be there to assist. Another thing is that the SO’s have to train DT and Shock to better their abilities as well as manage them. An SO’s are supposed to decide what’s best to improve both DT and Shock as well as help them keep a good Reputation as well as keep Imperial law and Security on the ISD, for the empire.

I think Rux would be great for this I’ve seen great leadership and activity.

+ Support I honestly think that this change would really benefit Shore, we don't really have anything special and nothing really represents us as a unit. I think it is very unique to be a CQC Regiment as it is not seen much on the server. It would be a really nice change and would make it a lot better for us. It is also the first Regiment they are apart of so I try my best to make their experience a fun time so they continuously want to return to the server. I try to be very understanding a control the players best I can. I push the troops to go try and become bigger and better things but if they like me they can end up staying if the want. 9.What makes you stand out from other applicants?: (Minimum 2 Paragraph) I think I stand out because the way I work with ST's is very efficient and helps them achieve their goals. I'm always looking to improve myself so I'm always looking for ways to better my leadership and if I'm doing something wrong I will try to fix it best I can if told that it is an issue. Also that if new players that are new to Gmod if they have any questions at any time I give them full rundowns of our server and the options that they have other than just the standard ST regiment. If anybody were to have an issue with me I always think that issues can be resolved. I like to help people that wanna learn and lead them to be their best possible person they can be. Not everybody is a bad person they just don't understand it yet. I feel that some players need some guidance and help which I'm always happy to provide. I always try to preform and adapt to the situation around me which I feel as Stormtroopers always deal with, it is always a new and different person that needs to find their way around the server.
