+Support Cogs is an amazing member of SCP and would be the person I choose to get forums diplomat. He's the one person I know who doesn't have a hint of bias in him. He has shown initiative to try to fix things between CI and security for SCP-RP relating to branch relations. An amazing app as well, hell if I was going for forums diplomat I would rather him get picked then me.

-support D-class are meant to be stomped. Not to to the point where it's impossible but enough to where D-block is a total war zone.

+support Even if his activity is a little lacking that is fixable and I hope he will fix. Besides that the man's sits are amazing. He shows professionalism in every sit I've seen him do as well as a really good guy. Well deserved of this position and I hope hje gets it.

-support As it would be nice but there are multiple issues with this. 1. How would classes get it, put it in the F4 menu if possible. What about CC's it would be pretty hard to make sure they all have it and then add it to new ones. 2. A lot of the comments are filled with concerns about the mod and how it doesn't work right or another thing. If it is tested on a test server and works then yea I would enjoy it.

+support With schools starting again the server population in earlier hours have lowered. Maybe instead of 65+ maybe 70 to start off with then if needed it can be lowered.

-support That would just ruin everything for every branch. MTF: MTF Would be constantly running around attempting to feed SCP's and recontain them as well as dealing with CI general, that would be way to much. CI: Raiding would be a nightmare dealing with MTF as well as the entirety SCP Wiki attacking them. Utility: While it would create things for maintenance to do but some are not high enough rank to enter HCZ so they require MTF escort, well the MTF are dealing with the SCP's and won't have enough time to escort said maintenance. Medical won't receive any RP whatsoever because medbay will be closed constantly because of it being defcon 2 or the SCP being in LCZ. Security: With MTF being hella busy with SCP's and with D-class constantly and with it being hands up, D-class will be fed and up just murder gensec and making LCZ just pure hell. Research: With Security and MTF dealing the the constant SCP's and D-class research won't be able to well....d0 research, if the SCP's are in LCZ they won't even be able to leave bunks. An overall no from me.

I mean I think a buff is needed but a 1k HP is to much, buffing their damage, attack speed, or health a little would be perfect.
