Before I get into the two specific situations, I want to explain that I had two sits about an hour prior to these situations where Molag was reported for RDM, both times I was lenient and I gave him verbal warnings even though he was in the wrong both times.
For the situation at the police station: There was a gathering of people outside of the police station and I was watching over it to make sure it didn't turn into a protest. A person driving a GMC truck named Jacky started driving inside of PD while there were multiple PD officers telling everyone to back away. The officers started shooting at the truck and killed the driver, you started shooting the cops for no reason (you were not in the same family as anyone there, and no bullets had hit you.) I pulled you up to a roof and asked why you started shooting. You said something along the lines of "everyone else started shooting, so I did too." I checked logs to make sure that you were not hit by any bullets prior to you opening fire. I explained that everyone else doing it is not a valid reason to start shooting. I then said that due to the fact that I had given you two verbal warnings for RDM just over the past hour or two, I would now be issuing you a formal warning for ARDM. I then returned you so I could talk to the truck driver. I gave him a verbal warning for copbait. I was going to talk to the other people involved in the situation but I got carried away with a sit that popped up.
The situation at hospital: It was a few minutes later that I was watching a SRT Sharpshooter named Towelie that had climbed up ontop of spawn, I watched as Molag, a Bloods Kingpin, pulled out their MAC-10 and started shooting at someone. The SRT Sniper then started shooting at the Blood. I watched as the Blood shot back a few times, and then ran inside of Hospital. I watched as Molag healed and bought armor from hospital, less than 10 seconds after being shot by the SRT Sniper. After he left hospital I brought him up to a roof. I asked why he ran inside of hospital (a neutral zone, which he isn't supposed to run into during combat) and healed in the middle of combat. He said that he did that because he didn't think people could get up on the roof. I explained to him how SRT has a special SWEP that lets them climb, and I also explained that just because you think he couldn't have gotten up there, does not mean that you can break rules and combat heal at the hospital. I told him that due to there being multiple sits that night with him breaking rules despite the two verbal warnings and one formal warning that I would be issuing him another formal warning for combat heal.
Honestly you seem like a good guy Molag, I think you just need to read the MOTD more carefully.
