+Support This is simply breaking the handbook as seen in the medal clip the offender forced a lower ranking staff to do a sit off duty instead of doing it himself, this is simply unacceptable and seems like a power trip to me.

To simply put it you still said a homophobic term in OOC and that is automatically a ban-able offense. You saying it in a different term seems more like a loophole imo to get to say it. We understand that you may be sorry but due to it still being homophobic the ban had to be given out.

+Support Although it is really easy to get around people don't come on the server and instantly think that there is an auto ban. It just means staff wont have to spend time muting/banning them. We also use to have something like this on Military RP and it worked very well. I recommend following the format tho
