I feel with a Defcon 1 event the community will get to choose a new name once again, meaning Defcon 1s will be rare (which they already are). I don't see it as a bad idea and lets the community have a big part in RP with the server. +Support

If a Manager did the event and allowed him to do so then I don't see an issue. If the SMT member saw something wrong then and there he would've stopped the event as a whole. If they let you remove tacs then you will also be able to remove world props, just shoot the tac. You don't need to colour or materialise people as you aren't a GM. If you need it for a SIM just ask for a Gamemaster to come and help you out.
