Implementing this based of my minimal experience with addons and such WOULD cause more lag. Reason being is that this would cause the server or client side to remember ranks and stuff then transfer that to jobs when you go on them. Kinda like B whitelist. It causes more data to have to be loaded in order to function. While I am not sure just how much lag it would cause I would definitely say with the amount of people on the server it would be noticeable. (take this with a grain of salt cause I am not an expert) +/- To Cosmics' point this could potentially be more complex and harder to implement then necessary.

+/- Look, Borshk I don't really know you that well but I certainly don't think you are a bad person however I don't see any histories in research that relate to you and I am not not one to say yes to many SCMD apps made from outsiders mainly because each branch is different and had its own challenges. I think you should apply for RS or RAM

However the level of which is so low I was close to just not saying anything but its a support app and that kinda thing is something to be noted nothing bad but something that has potential for improvment is all.

Cecil is pretty amazing he has no fear of expressing his opinions and he certainly has done a great job in R&D. I think he would absolutely thrive in this branch and help make it better!

In short: Yes but no I think earning SCMD is better then getting it off the bat so I recommend becoming RA first

+/- Support The app is pretty short and has mediocre effort. You situation questions make me question your command integrity GREATLY. If someone escapes and refuses to go back normally you should tell them the consequences of doing said things before outright DNTing them. By the books is not always the right thing which is something you will come to realize in the future. Which is why your situational awareness matters what if that trainee who broke the SOP got short term memory loss or what if that trainee mixed up the reasons and though they genuinely could do that. These are situations where outright removal are not completely necessary and rather a talking to and or general comprehensive quiz would be good to do and as a command member that is you job.

As a person who has known zerk likely the longest I can say he was the best minge known to the server. He was a true giga chad and a true chad thundercock. Zerk shall now go down in the history books ad the best fucking minge there will ever be.
