what about the rest of the rule? 1) Non-Combatant Branches (Research and Utility) will not longer be able to call out / interfere with a Chaos Insurgency raid. This includes calling one out, shooting them, or in any way interfering with the raid. (Subnote: This does not include Mobile Mop Force or Advanced Combat Medic. HLPR Bot's and R.I.G's will count as Non-Combatant however.) 2) Chaos Insurgency will no longer be able to shoot / interfere with Non-Combatants and their RP. This includes ALL Chaos Insurgency classes (Shades included!) besides the Spy classes (Maynard and Sleuth). Personally if you valued your life you would run away from the scary guys with guns, not standing around waiting to closing doors in their face or attacking them. I do think adding this to the MOTD would help flush out the problems we're having with the rule but it you have to hold both sides accountable. If Non-combatants are running around with guns their going to get shot. If Non-combatants are getting in the way their going to get shot. If Non-combatants are going to try and close doors in CI face their going to get shot. If Non-combatants are going to call out CI their going to get shot. If Non-combatants are follow CI their going to get shot. What a Non-combatants does any of these it should be considered FailRP. Other wise this rule is just one sided! The only way for this rule to be effective is to add it to the MOTD but this has to be done with great caution due to this rule bring able to ruin CI ability to raid.

I've been playing D-class doing the stabby stab and I can say Gensec have gotten a lot better at dealing with a knife. Their spacing themselves out and focusing on the two holes in the fence. You got to keep in mind people are paying money to have the knife, of course it's going to be a bit powerful

I've seen Gensec pull ahead these last few days and hold D-block despite all of this, It all comes down to holding that S key and utilizing the tools you have at your disposal. As for lowering D-class CC NLR Nan -support Its fine at 1 min A good compromise would to bring Gensec's CC NLR back up to 3 mins while keeping non CC at 2 mins, because of the level of fire power they can bring into D-Block

+ support really should just be added to the flavour text. As for the MOTD is mostly to State what you can do for the state what you can't do.

I like this idea, solve the problem of early morning and keeps gensec from call MTF into D block in the after noon. But MTF command should be able to evaluate the situation in D block if there's no gensec command on and post a limited number of guards in or by D Block . I see a lot of hate for this coming from Gensec. But when every 10 mins you guys call for MTF you leave the site undefended, making it basically free real estate for CI and they love punishing MTF for their mistakes by releasing SCP's. Which has the unfortunate side effect of defcon ones. . I do believe the foundation would benefit from having this restriction.
