The only thing I see with this is, I already do everything in the training guidelines and more example, if a SGT Really deserves his or her rank then they should know too go out of the box and paint the bigger picture if a SGT is training a cadet this SGT Plus should go over the training guidelines and more, I go over aim training I do a drive along with the cadet, and train him properly, it should be know to SGT plus that these cadets are the futer of the department and if they don’t put effort into training then no one will put effort into them, thus saying that I think the SGT rank should be very hard to be obtained.

Hey how’s it going the reason we don’t make reports about stuff like this when a staff member doesn’t let us give us our side, it’s because we don’t have enough evidence, let me explain, if me or someone else makes a staff report and I say this staff member was not letting me say my side and I don’t have evidence, I see this happen a lot not just twords me but the staff member will just say I don’t remember this or it was obvious so I warned you, then it gets denied. What I think about this: think it should just be in training too hear both sides even when evidence is provided just too see if there might be a slight arguement

To add to this if I may, all the sudden right before your app you responded too every single post on the forums, shows kinda how you just want too have a Jult of activity then apply let me explain further, me and a bunch of people in discord where extremely confused when you commented too my happy thanksgiving post, the problem with you too responding too it is you responded too it in December showing your just farming posts Ps: Forgot too add about 2 or so weeks ago me emptied and viper as well as you where raiding bank and you died and came back and we all started telling you what are you doing in discord that’s nlr and you said “I know it is nlr, but no one else knows that it is” then proceeded too come back and help us with the rest of the raid, while this was happening viper started getting very mad at you and you continued too say that if no one knows then it’s ok, shows a lot on maturity man, (reason staff wasn’t called then cause we had no proof) anyways don’t want too rant anymore but probably the MOST MAJORUS NEGATIVE SUPPORT I HAVE EVER GIVEN Not ok too do stuff like this.

I think EMS was setting up a base and the govt was using the base as cover so he tried shooting at the base that they where building during a raid and he was trying too kill the CERT/PD Taking cover behind the EMS building and he accidently shot EMS

+/- Support +I can see where jay could be getting mad from -Maybe just a warn t-words jay. Should just take place in that situation ya know! From a perspective of a player of the same age of jay, i think that situations like that where he knows he did something wrong and has 2 staff members telling you wrong, it is very stressful. i think severe punishment out of this is not gunna do well, i think that a talking too or something along the lines of that will do better than just demoting him.
