You should apply for trial moderator first and be selected through the application process or you can go for interviews whenever they happen. Then you have to get promoted to Moderator- Senior Moderator and then Admin There is no certain level or payment, the payment was earlier when donator mod was still a thing It takes time but if you have what it takes and want to contribute to the server, go for it! Big +Support on the Dual berretas and Vikhr. They are really overpowered for pistols and SMGs respectively. @killermankey Ok 45*625= 28125 VIKHR HK416 30*750= 22500 Coupled with the fact that the VIkHR is good at long range too. It completely overpowers the HK and CI has many new branches too. The HK is also not spray and pray so. I don’t feel the need to explain myself in the berettas as everyone understand that a pistol doing the damage of an AR with a ridiculous rate of fire is OP in every way possible. Huge +Support on nerfing both these weapons

Just why

Staff work comes with a lot of ups and downs and you have to face a lot of criticism as you are the players consequence. If a little bit of negative criticism affects you I frankly don’t believe you are a good fit for staff. You need to take whatever comes you way and deal with it and move on and try to best you can be.

I see CI getting moved down during gunfights , so this will add balance to gunfights and help the branch a lot
