Looking into your warns, you were given an 096 failrp warn on October 6th, 2019. The person who gave the blacklist was @Rookieblue. I'm not sure why you were given it.

After looking at the video evidence provided from the report, I do not see any player or server diss. This just seems like a whole load of failrp and LTAP (disconnected by the user). @gamikzone If you believe the LTAP happened, then I would +Support but a 3 day ban is still needed.

@Weiss From how I see the video, this is still your fault. 1048 has a knife out to slash you ONCE to take your ear. It's not like he was going to kill you with it and, if he did, that would have been fail RP on his end. Like you said, although you were distracted, the warn was legitimate and comes with staff discretion to give you that warning. -Support

To clarify what happened: At the time of the blacklist, I had gotten a few reports of this specific player on 194 abusing the alt + e glitch to get out of his containment. Personally, I never witnessed it over those few days but I knew he did because he was sitting at the corner and, every now and then when I would spectate over, he was out and his door was never opened. It wasn't until the day of the blacklist that I confirmed he was abusing this glitch, and I gave him a warning and a blacklist from the SCP. He PM'd me after and to quote, he said "Ive seen everyone do it but you dont punish them... how the f*** is that fair... f***ing bullying disabled pricks... ofc you just enjoy bullying me because I have autism". (Truthfully, I don't know him at all).

In my opinion, +Support for the Ban Appeal As far as I know, Buck did not kill anyone with the proton cannon. I don't think Buck had any bad intention whatsoever. The 1 week ban seems excessive on top of his staff restriction and removal from ET. Again, just my opinion.

While there is no evidence to support this, I spoke with islandtoad in teamspeak on this. According to him, at the time he took a sit involving 096 in D-Block, the SCP killed 2 people about 5 minutes ago. At the 2 minute mark, he left the game after he was being recontained. This would not be LTAP. LTAP would be considered if the player left, knowing full-well a staff member was there and was going to be brought into a sit or left an active sit. In my own views, +Support However, you should not have entered D block as as that SCP either way.

-Support While the idea of this would sound fun, it seems more of a hassle for staff. Keep in mind, we only have the ability to spawn a few LED screens and we have to consider self breaches. On top of that, with how utility activity is right now and the types of buildy RP they enjoy, I don't think it would be a good idea.

+Support I believe Consario can become a decent staff member. From my encounters with him, he's been friendly overall and he is pretty easy to work with. I see no reason why he shouldn't be staff.

Overall, +Support In my opinion, if it was me, the timeframe where he threw a grenade would have been the exact time I would have seen the shotgun on the side. Technically, yes while you should've under Fear RP, I also understand why the mistake was made and the confusion of it.
