Overall, -Support - As you have stated, your warns are a concern. You've received 6 warns throughout April and that doesn't look good on staff members. - Knowing you in-game, you're a pretty chill guy but you tend to do things by your own accord from time to time from what I see. - None of this is against you as a person, I just don't think you're ready yet. I recommend keeping your month of May as clean as possible and reapplying after a few weeks so I can better judge your character.

Each class has their own difficulty when it comes to breaking out of their cuffs. I'd be okay with making it EASIER if anything. +Support

The reason for the perma ban, as Rookie said, was due to a mixed incident of homophobia and racism. Based off the last appeal you made, your choice of words were questionable and, even now it's highly debatable whether you've really changed. I'm willing to give you another chance, but if another incident like this occurs again, it'll probably be your only chance at redeeming yourself. +Support

This year alone, you've only made 5 posts (which includes this application). - I don't really know you myself and, from your past warns (granted its been months) concerns me greatly. Perhaps getting to know other members of the community may help your application overall.

I would personally +Support this. There are people who currently believe that SCPs can't enter to begin with, as noted in one of the warn appeals currently, but I believe placing this rule will be beneficial for MTF. CI already have the upper advantage (in my opinion) because its within their territory at surface so I don't see how this would negatively impact anyone to a high degree.

The sit was called by @STONKSMANNow According to the MOTD on MTF raiding: For a raid to be authorized, one of the following must be satisfied: Actionable intelligence that CI have captured a SCP and CI refuse negotiate its release, or negotiations have failed. Actionable intelligence that CI have captured Foundation Personnel and refuse to negotiate their release, negotiations have failed, or the captured personnel is Level 4 or above. I was also the JMT handling the situation after it was brought up by Wanted. For MTF to raid, negotiations must fail. There was no negotiations to begin with. However, I can understand why the situation got confusing but, after explaining the situation to Rookieblue, he said "So under current rules unless MTF was assisting CI, so a Code Ragnorock, that was against the MOTD and failrp." -Rookieblue. Now due to how confusing the situation was, I don't mind having the warn removed so long as we're clear on the requirement for MTF to raid. However, according to MOTD wise, I would typically give this a -Support As for the idea that 682 can't walk into CI base, in a sense, that is still an area for RP to happen. I believe SCPs are allowed to go into CI base (so long as its not their big spawn room area) unless @Coltable has something else to say about that.

+Support Weiss has been here for quite some time and, from the consistent work he's put in over the months, I think he's proven himself worthy to take up the rank of senior admin. Although he has warns from less than a year ago, he's proven that he can handle himself as an independent staff member and can take up the role of a mentor for other staff. He handles sits with efficiency and he's kept up-to-date with RP-related issues. His answers to the application's questions are on point and I see no reason why he shouldn't be moved up. Good luck.
