I JUST DID THE WRONG APPEAL OMG IM SO DUMB

-SUPPORT You were blacklisted once already in the past and now this is a second time. I went through your warnings and found that you were warned by our good ole friend th3 for staff diss because you basically told him to screw off. 2019 has NO relevance on anything involving suicide and I don't care who it was referring to. Suicide is a major topic of discussion regardless of its in a joking manner or not. I do not believe you should be unbanned because your actions in this post AND in your appeal both show that you have no remorse at all.

-SUPPORT You had 58 warnings at the time of your ban. Had 28 different minges, and never really learned your lesson. Not only that, but you were told by Fame to never appeal it on a separate account that is NOT this one. I texted Blaziken myself to see if he might have remembered. He said he doesn't really remember as to why, he said it is also very possible he was asked to. REGARDLESS, your story still makes 0 sense to me. I'm not saying it is the entire case, however I feel like again, there are some details missing. Like idk, the possibility of an alt to show that you were "supposedly" banned 6 months prior to you buying the game. I'm not pointing fingers or saying that is true, but I do feel like info is missing. SO, that being said my vote will be a +/- Support until more info, if any, shows up.

So you kind of contradict your story here. You say Blaziken banned you on the forums but yet you never played on the game before? Hmmm, I don't fully think so. What makes no sense in any form is the fact that you can't be banned if you have never access the server, even when console freaks out. Furthermore, if this ban was 2 years ago, why wait until now to actually say something about it? EVEN farther down the rabbit hole, if you take a steamID and post it in the ban panel, it WILL pull up any and all punishments associated to that specific SteamID and what do you know? Your SteamID pulls up absolute zilch. So, either you are lying somewhere, or you're hiding something. As for everyone else (especially the staff) kind of look a little more into things, it helps sometimes.

+SUPPORT I honestly believe that Chiken should have a chance at redeeming himself. He was doing a lot better before his ban. We squashed what issues we had, and I will say his attitude, while still mingey at times, has changed for the better overall. Let him come back, appeal his warns and have an overall second chance. I'm all in favor for that.

From what I understand, the "Strike First" ban wave was because some other communities were coming over to start trouble, one of them being known as the Crix community. Those people were banned as soon as they set foot on our server. From what I ALSO understand, he may have banned a lot of people, but a lot of the time there was reasons behind it and the "Strike First" wave was one of those reasons. Keep in mind this is just things i've gathered in the year I have been here. Regardless, I want to see a screenshot of what your ban message says, because not only would THAT just happen unless you were from one of those communities, but your story is so vague I could cut it in half with a piece of paper. So, until I see a screenshot saying completely otherwise, my standpoint is: -SUPPORT EDIT: Also I know that it says "no appeal" but this is what I found in the ban panel: Perm/Blacklisted/Valk/NoAppeal/StrikeFirst On that note, were you ever staff?

I don't hate you. But, you know how I am and I will say this. I honestly think this is getting a little out of hand and I think a nice, calm breather would help your situation. If you would like, I could talk to you in the Teamspeak. Maybe talk you down from feeling the way that you do.

-SUPPORT You literally just had a ban appeal DENIED not even 2 weeks ago, yet here you are making a second ban appeal. I don't know you personally, but from what I can gather you have a really bad habit with passing things off. I looked at your warns and you really want to know how easy it is to swap things around? 4 months being banned or not, if they deny you on one appeal, why do you think you should make another one literally a week later?

As for my ACTUAL response, CHIKEN and I might have our differences but I will NOT stand by and let someone make a post because they got upset that something didn't go their way (like idk, a staff member not taking your side?) He is active, he is attempting to change his way, and furthermore, he has matured. He might be known as the minge superior or whatever else but he is toning down. His warns? A lot of them are duplicated. As for the rest? He is appealing them (or at least he should be at this point if he's not). Calm that hot head of yours down for a little bit and take a breather. -SUPPORT
