How often are you online on the forums?
I am on the forums literally 24/7 (minus sleeping). I normally have multiple tabs open at a single time and I am always watching it to see if any new content arrives. I always check content in the morning before I get in my car and one last time at night before I go to sleep.

Why would you want to join our Forum Diplomat team?
I would love to join the Forum diplomat team for so many reasons. I have been in this community for over a year and I love everyone and everything here. This is the place I go to relax and have fun. I have so many friends here and honestly this is my favorite place. I love being on the forums because I am a teenager so I have school, when I am at school I can not be on Garryβs Mod playing on the servers. Therefore, the forums are the next best thing. I also know that there are some people that like to raid the forums occasionally, I would love to be able to take control in a situation like that and make sure to stop the raid and that person. I want to be able to create a safe, fun, and caring environment for the other players in the community. Being a Forum Diplomat would help me grow in so many ways. I love being able to learn new things, meet new people, and grow as a person. Gaminglight is one of my highest priorities and I pay so much attention to it all the time. I want to work on being an entire family as a community and not just staying in the one section of the server that I am in. I love being able to move around the entire community to meet different people on different servers. Being a Forum Diplomat would not be something that I take lightly, it would be an amazing honor to become a Forum Diplomat so I could work hard and intentionally at everything that I do. The word excellence means doing the best you can with what you have been given. I believe that I work in excellence because of the tools that are available to me (forum diplomat, moderator). Clearly, it would take a while to get all the way up to manager so right now I will gladly work and do what I can with what I have. There is nothing that I would rather be doing with my time then trying to work hard to make an amazing experience for others.
Would you consider yourself to have good judgement? If so, how?
I would consider myself to have great judgment. I make sure I know everything possible before making a decision on anything. I believe that I have many other qualities that would for this position other than just judgement, all including into judgement. I learn from my past mistakes, I know how other people think when they do things because I used to do the same things. My maturity has gotten me far in everything that I do, I have gotten the chance to work with great teachers and leaders to shape me into the person that I am today applying for this amazing position.
How would you deal with a situation where a user is spamming the Shoutbox due to getting banned from one of our servers?
The first thing that I would do would be to politely ask them to stop. I would delete all of their messages from the chat box to eliminate the spam. If they do not stop I will keep trying to counter everything that they are doing by deleting their spam and notify a higher-up staff member. If they do stop and allow me to have a conversation with them, I would direct them to the ban appeal section of the server that they were banned on so they can make their appeal and stop spamming the box.
