Criticism is a great thing. Helps us all grow and become better staff so I think that this post shouldn’t ‘die’ and should be open for people to leave their opinions on the staff, as long as it is constructive and actually helpful.

- Support You did not care one bit about our rules, and I don’t think that will change. You had 40 chances. Even if they were appealable I really don’t believe you would deserve it.

-Support The guidelines are in the staff handbook which you can find in the announcement section, however it is still up the staff discretion to a degree. I also disagree that LTAP and changing names to avoid a sit is a minor offence, It’s not only annoying for staff and players but also shows that you have a clear lack of regard for the rules and know you did something wrong and tried to avoid it. Kind of like resisting arrest if we put it in PRP terms. And then there is also the fact that you were in a sit because of something else as well (as long as the sit wasn’t for the LTAP) However my decision could change based on what Max’s side is.

+ Support I just banned him for 4 hours due to mass sexism and player dis. he is extremely toxic and needs much more punishment to learn that it's not tolerated. He has no regard for the rules. I would not be surprised if this was true information.

But from what I can read and understand, you are quite disrespectful and rude and so I don’t think it impossible that you would disrespect Staff or the server. After reading Jay's story, I'm changing to full Negative support, I don't see anything wrong with what happened. However, I don’t understand why you were left in (what I’m assuming was) the minge room for 3 hours, was no one online to ban you? I also agree that staff are way too harsh on new players, I’ve seen people with a single hour getting warned for things that they didn’t know were rules. We aren’t here to be warn machines, but to help the new players learn the rules. We do need the other side of the story but at the moment if we go by what the OP is saying it sounds like both of the staff need to re-evaluate how they take sits, it’s never a good thing for a person who was warned to not know what they were warned for or even what the warn means. The staff on duty also needs to take the sit as they are the independent party, not the other one because he will have bias even if he is his higher. But you also need to learn to be more respectful.

Yeah, this would only work if you could use the NPC is add more time on top of the current sentence.

+ Support Kinda agree, but this is not the same as applying for a proper job. This is a roleplay server on Garry's mod. he has experience in being an administrator, a good application and is active so all good things. Although it hasn't been long since you returned so maybe you should have left it a little while.

Pretty sure MK2 has already been suggested and denied due to it being buggy or laggy or something. Why would new guns make the job more active? It would be the same, but with more weapons. people get on the job for like an hour sell some guns, then get off. Think the only way to fix the job being inactive would be to change the rules surrounding the job

+Support. I kinda see how the spike strips could be seen as threatening, but the MOTD says that your life needs to be threatened. Not your car tires. We use spike strips as we have no alternative. GTR’s are not realistic in their speed compared to a pursuit charger so we need to balance it out. It also says in the chat every couple of minutes to not drive like an idiot because it is cop bait. But I don’t think anyone pays attention to that when they think they’re not being watched. So the decision on this report will set precedent for cop baiting at least. I don’t see how this is meta gaming? You think police have no idea who owns a car before they get ID? ANPR systems tell them who they are, any warrants and if the car has expired registration or no insurance. I know we don’t have that, but we can RP having it because we would have it in real life. And the fact it says Payday on the car.. As Yobo also said, we are trained to use them in a high priority traffic stop with a known dangerous family member and have been for years. So they weren’t used improperly as no one has ever had an issue with this and goes against no rules. I also don’t get the - Supporting and quoting of the spike strips being used improperly, considering that is only one part of the report and the fact that police use things that are exactly the same technology of spike strips just a easier design to slide under the car. We use what we are given because this is not real life, This is SEMI serious role play so we don’t have access to everything real PD would have. I don’t think it’s realistic or makes sense that your role play character who is a murderer thief who does not care about other people’s lives and gets into shootouts on a daily basis gets scared and thinks his life is threatened by some spikes being out under his tires so they could conduct the stop without you fleeing. This report is well needed, not because it is a report against calamity but because it will show us what is considered ‘threatening your life’ and give more clarity to the priority rules.

I don't see any arguments? I see a discussion on whether he should have been warned which is exactly what the OP wanted, a discussion to see if it's worth getting it appealed I assume. But yeah, I feel like you probably should have been warned. You started running after they'd pulled their gun which means you were aware they had a weapon on you, so FearRP was probably a valid warn.

-Support (Changed from + Due to Will’s side) NLR means that you do not remember anything from a past life, but you still own things that you did in said past life, so that means that if your saw the car in a separate life you can shoot at it because you have gained the knowledge of it being stolen again (Registration plates etc.) there is also a 3 minute NLR timer however in the MOTD that timer is for location, not RP. But it does sound like you did this purely out of revenge. I very much doubt that he warned you out of rage as Will is normally pretty chill. And I don’t see how bias comes into this? (I also can’t see the evidence of the warn, might be just me though)

I do understand what you mean by him being able to hear audio as it is quite important also if soulness was there it does confuse me how neither of them heard multiple requests, but I still feel the lack of sit is an issue as well, not just the warning because this wouldn’t even exist if you did that. But this isn’t a report against you so I guess that is irrelevant. Would probably be best to keep this to +\- supports so if you want to reply to this, feel free the DM me in any form of communication
