(150 Word Minimum) I think i deserve this rank because of my capability of helping others with situations that any other staff or player can’t help them with. In my time being here i have learned from a lot of other staff members, from SMT to JMT and even lower rankings. I have learned to help others no matter what the situation or if he is even cursing at you and to stay calm and remain mature. I have been staff on PoliceRP for 5 months now as a Admin since my transfer before i was a Super admin, being in that position is that you know enough about the rules, punishments and that you are a trusted member of the community. I like helping others, no matter what i find if nice to help someone out if they require any help and you see that people appreciate it if you try your best to do so and get their problem solved. And that gives you motivation to continue what you are doing and maybe better yourself. It is difficult to be seen by others due to timezones, work, college. Either Way me and others that are from GMT are trying our best to remain as active as we can be, but its still difficult sometimes. Within the time being here, i have even learned to train trail moderators, that i so fun to do to teach people to be like one of your own staff team and you learn from each other, and that is the thing what gets all of our staff members to a level where they can probably help someone even though it's a tough situation. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? i will Jailtp the person in question to me and start the sit, ill get the evidence/ logs of the kills he had made to let him see that there is no way around that he did not do it. If he starts cursing i will give the first verbal warning before i will !Gag ( Name) /!Mute ( Name ) the person depends if there is a mic or not. Then when i get the chance to explain the reason i brought him and ask if there was a reason for this behavior. After i am done with my side of the story i will give a last chance to explain to me why he/she had done that, because MassRdm is unacceptable. if continuing with cursing/disrespecting me i will put the Gag/Mute back on the person in question. Then the warning will be put in place with reason !Warn < Name >/Steam id |MassRdm | LTAP ( if Left to avoid punishment ) | StaffDiss, when i did this i will enable a AntiMinge on the person of 10000 Seconds. To let him see that we do not tolorate this kind of behavior on our servers. When im finished i will return the person to his last location, and close the sit.

So i just wanted to mention that today is the day i started playing gaminglight! I have had so much fun in those 2 years, started with PoliceRP, then going to MilitaryRP for a year and a half and becoming Admin, Super Admin, Major general of 2 beutiful branches! I just want to thank Zeeptin for making this great community where everyone comes to have fun, and ofcourse all SMT that help every server out and make it a fun and safe place! Thanks to everyone that made my journey this great! Thank you Gaminglight! And lets get to the 4 years now! :D

Alright, i bumped into you yes but you started firing at me with your aug as logs stated. So ofcourse i pulled my awp out and starting shooting, he died adventually but maybe shot you once. eitherway this was because you drove into me, and provide me of any evidence to let me see i shot you as you respawned, that was like 5 minutes later when you did that again. Please provide us of the correct format otherwise this will probarly be denied.

This meeting was about some issues we saw ingame by our officers, not that you guys cant drive but focus on the way you drive and your speed. And i think it is not too difficult to stay on the road my man..

Yes i do Permission(Not required If applying for Lt-Cpt): N/A Why should you be promoted? : I should be promoted because i have experience in command of PD now and i have been in other command on MilitaryRP. I have learned how to be a good LT, i know how to deal with situations that need to be handled by Low command +. I have gained experience in goverment and increased my skills in shooting, know where to help in a situation or any other task that requires me or any other low command. I think that i put a'lot of effort into PD by helping other ranks, and putting time in lower ranks to help them out during their journey, by taking them on patrol and telling them what the best way or route is to the situation that may pop up sometime. In my month of being a LT gave me more knowledge of learning and knowing how to deal with some issue's that i have never been in before and i think that at this point i have learned so far that i can be a CPT. When there is a issue with some lower ranks that i can handle in i know how to deal with them and give punishment if needed, ofcourse i will make a punishment if its really needed and first i will give a verbal warning to let them see that this is not a simple talk and that i take it very serious. Like i said i think i should be a CPT so i can develop and learn more to gain more ability to help within PD, im very friendly and always happy to help others and enjoy to help and i think that is i thing a command member should have in himself. Im a role model and i try my best to stay like this to give officers someone to look up to or even be with from time to time to see how we deal with situations and learn from me. And with me coming in this postition i will try more as my best to show that i deserved this and forfill my duties that i have, acting like a CPT and being professional at all times. Even with me being from GMT time zone i can still be active, i try to get on every day of the week or the max days im on in the week are 3-4 days weekends maybe once in the 2 weeks because i dont have a pc at my dad's house, on the days im on you will see me for a good 3/4 hours.
