Only a few knew this was coming but its time to set it in stone As many of my fellow cmd know I'm a college student and recently I have gotten to the biggest part of my life. A month ago I applied to a Radiological School program and a week ago I received my acceptance letter and was fully accepted into the program ive been trying to get into for years. Sadly the cost of this is having to resign from these duties that I have kinda slacked on near the end due to the increase in my schedule. I will be stepping down from my position as VCMDR so this role can be filled by someone with more time to put into the branch Before I resign however there are 2 things I wish to do: 1st is that I transfer ownership of CTF to both Shadows and FusionThunder as both the deputy heads of my personal pet project. 2nd I'm not gonna fully be gone so dont you minges expect that I wont be watching smh Some Special Mentions: FusionThunder: Try not to completely torch CTF and please prevent blood from turning Nu7 into furries. Shadows: Now that Raptors is on the server and you're pretty much in charge of training Fusion how to CTF I hope you will stay active and get to that LTCOL spot. Kevlar: We joked around a lot but you were pretty fun to play with, would definitely see you as the next COL. Blue: You left us sadly but you were one of our best cmd, now get E4 Overseer for us <3. Dog: A new face pretty much but you were fun to have around and proud of how fast you climbed up the ranks. Paul: Dogs clone but constantly saying chicken butt Blooddragon: You keep G9 alive with Kevlar and make sure it stays good Every single D5: We may have not interacted much but seeing each new face join and enjoy the branch that started off so small made this the best few months ever. Post name: Global Time to Kill Nerf What are you suggesting? - Removing the negative multiplier on damage for all weapons. (Bring back old TTK) How would this change better the server? - It would improve the current status that combat is in at the moment. For me and many others combat on this server is boring, bland, and just outright annoying. Currently people crouch and jump spam while shooting at their targets, not taking cover unless they are at very low HP, and has no tactical input other than head glitching on rooftops and barricades. Even ambushes with mass amounts of people are ineffective unless you have ~10 people. Within the past 6 months Snipers, LMGs, and DMRs were buffed and showed improvement, however shortly after were nerfed because other classes could not compete. As of right now it takes 2-3 mags to consistently kill regular combative classes in combat. With removing the negative damage multiplier it would "bring back" the old TTK that we used to have and would make the server be more tactical oriented, rather than crouch and jump spamming until the target is dead. I think it would bring back the spice in combat that we have been missing for a very very very long time and would make combat much more enjoyable. Are there any disadvantages of making this change to the server? If so, explain. - Lower HP jobs like D-Class and some classes in GENSEC would be put at a disadvantage at first, however with proper planning and placement can easily terminate higher HP classes. Who would this change mostly benefit? - This change would benefit all of combative classes. In the old clips you can see that proper placement and tactical input can make a whole difference whether you survive or die. Even when outnumbered on a basic combative class, it is possible to win an uneven fight. Point is I think we should bring back the old TTK as it was much more enjoyable than the current meta and is much more entertaining.

Well well well it's time, Everything comes to a end at some point. I've been sitting in my position as Garrick Versio for a while but feel a huge lack of motivation and feel like I push myself to be active. Even after my ROA. I've been dealing with IRL stuff and mental health issues and joined the server to escape reality yet it's time to move on. I've made myself a lot of friends on the server that I enjoy playing with. I've had great fun and have some special mentions: Odin: To this day my favorite person and best High command overseer. Astro: not only a fellow command member but a friend. Do great things my friend! Boomer: Although I've barely seen you on you've been a pleasure to work with. I wish you the best of luck! Mann: It's been great working with you and I would say you are up there somewhere with Odin. Bop: General Boppington will live on in our minds. Bon: You've set a great example as the first non manager palpatine, Keep it up. Name: I don't recall how we met but I enjoyed my time hanging out with you during downtime. Sainty: I recall you from the short time I was a gunnery officer and look at you now. Bub / Hex: You deserve a special mention here for the fun we've had. Wraith: Overall a good guy, I hope to see you again, Azreal: Someone I wont forget, I look forward to getting on for one of your events some day. Hello gaminglight family: I would just like to say this is only my RP resignation as I will still be putting my time into staff I am now in school for a few months or more and I also now have a girlfriend. Hello everyone, if you've read the title then you know what's happening. For those who don't know me at all, my name is Vindertech. I've been in this community for about nearly 3 years, I'm an HCMD for CI R&D (DDOP), and just a cool friendly guy in general. However, this is the day that I leave GL. The reason for my global resignation is that I've been bored in general, a bit stressed, and I just want to find something new to do. Don't be sad or angry that I'm leaving, I need to move on is all, but I'm sorry that I have to leave I can't be in this community forever. Those in CI Military and R&D, I want you guys to push on and become one of the best branches ever, don't give up just because I'm leaving, stay strong. 2021 warns are not eligible to be wiped with that package -Support Too long ago of a warn. Any evidence for and against your case is basically gone at this point. Better off keeping it in your record, it doesnt affect much except progression to the 10 warn 1 day ban. Keep a clean record from here on and you're fine.

Regardless I very much enjoyed our interactions and I will always appreciate you for making me enjoy IC in the first place. You were a great Imperial Commando NCO and then officer, I know you didn't have much of a chance to do much while fixer but you did a lot for IC as a whole and for that you will be sorely missed. After careful consideration, this picture/situation took place in a discord that isn't owned or influenced by Gaminglight, although some of its members may use our services, it is nethertheless a private discord. With regards to your punishment, it was an incomparable situation that also happened in a Gaminglight owned service.

Six warns is not that serious and I am pretty sure forums rep doesn't matter. If you are active in the community, the warns were for nothing big and have a well understanding of the rules you can make staff.

Good Evening GamingLight! I know with everything going on in the IC that this is not the news that anyone wants to hear but I need to step down as Vice Commander. As soon as I accepted the position, life and college took a turn and made it very hard to get on at all. My finals are in two weeks and I don't have enough time to dedicate to both and I need to prioritize my real life obligations above anything else. This is not a forever thing, just a definite for right now. I want to thank everyone for making my time here a memorable one, but I officially bit off more than I can chew and I strongly believe that there are others that can fill the shoes of Fixer better than I will be able to given my circumstances. Thank you to the staff team as well as all members of the GM that make the server possible, this couldnt be done without you. Thank you to everyone in IC for being the best battalion out there and overall making things fun. Most of the people that got me into the server are gone otherwise I would give special thanks to them but there are definitely a few that I can give, They are as follows: Rux: THANK YOU FOR BEING RUX.
