As well as the fact of having multiple screens with the abilities to always have the handbook open at any given time for any reassured instances so make sure no mistakes can possibly come up. (Can be any length) I believe I deserve the rank of Senior Admin due to a couple main points which I feel place importance to me along with my qualifications. The Biggest Reason for being deserving of this rank is the dedication I possess for this server with only wishing my best for the server and being able to help in any way shape or form. Another Reason I feel as though I deserve this rank is eagerness to help this server and its community which I have fallen inlove with through my time of playing. For example as I have climbed up the staff ranks and rp ranks its just an unending passion to experience more and learn more as I play the community and meet new people each and every day which turn into most interactions being genuine and enjoyable however sometimes that doesn't always work out with certain situations that I witness with the lack of intent to see this server as I and countless others see it, I wish to help others see this server the way I see it as a home away from home where people go to get away from things and have a fun time with a overall genuine experience and I feel as though I can heavily assist in that manner and in a cheesy way keep the server a better place. Another Reason I feel as though I deserve this rank is the amount of hours I am on as I feel as though I can assist people when needed constantly and always be there for everyone that has to rely on me. I love assisting staff interviews and helping out whenever I can as an admin and would love to be able to do even more as a senior admin to help this community that has genuinely helped me become the person I am today as I strive for improvement each day learning from each and everyone one of you. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? I would first try to get everything to calm down and if they proceed to not handle it calmly I would have to gag them so i can have the person that reported the ticket give their side of the story as they give me their side of the story I will confirm everything with logs and to confim player combat and to find out how many kills they have proceeded and see how many counts of mass rdm they performed to finalize everything and then I would proceed to ungag the person I had already gagged and would ask them why they proceeded to mass rdm and convince them there are many more things you can do and that you might actually enjoy the server if you gave it a chance I would proceed to give them a formal warning with MassRDM and Player diss if they chose to continue to harrass me and not want to give me a chance to have a proper talk. Then I would Ban them for 5 days if its only 1 count of MRDM and continue about my day.
