(150 Word Minimum) I know that I deserve the rank of staff because I am one of the most active members on the server so I will always be able to take sits. I was also a previous staff member so I know the rules, how to act as a staff member, how to act in a sit and how to treat other on and off duty. I left because I didn't have as much time to do staffing as I thought, but I figured it out and I realize that I do so I'm willing to try it out again. I also know when to give a verbal and a formal warning. I am currently Event Team which only chooses highly trusted community members and I have been doing a good job on it. I am also command in Chaos insurgency one of the starter branches people would join, so I know my fair traits of people minging, breaking SOP rules and etc. I do have a lot of warnings, but a lot of them are really old and I obviously regret doing the actions I did then. So what do you say will you accept me a second time? Q1: How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? Depending on how bad the situation is and the words that they choose to say at players or staff could lead to a longer day ban. Once I bring them to the sit I will explain how killing the same class as you is against MOTD our rules. If he/she keeps continuing to curse at me I will gag them. I will then warn them for MRDM | Staff diss, then get an Admin+ to ban them for 5-7 days. Q4: There is a player abusing a known bug, and he has been reported to staff. He swears he followed the server rules when you talk with him. What's the best way to handle this? The best possible way to solve this is to check there previous warnings, just to make sure they have never done something like this before. Then I will tell them not to do this again or it will be worse consequences.
