Why should we add it? - This could increase RP. If you wanted to give info to your buddies while handcuffed, so they could plan a jailbreak or etc. Basically where it wouldn’t be counted as failrp. To be added in the motd. What are the advantages of having this? - Adds more rp also stops confusion. As I got warned for doing this before. Who is it mainly for? - everyone who plays on crim. Plus you are in cuffs and you can't really sneak a phone in your back pocket even though its Semi-Serious RP, in real life the cops would check you before even sending you to jail / into jail. (Phone being used as an example to /advert or /pm) Your hands are literally behind your back, and to add onto that, if you want "roleplay" you most likely would be searched, and your phone would be with the officer, and there's no way they'd willingly let you call for backup.
