Making sure everyone is on team speak and is using the radio, I’m also helping lower ranking officers teaching them how to do stuff the right way making sure they know what to do, I am also on later in the night when there aren’t that many command on, if I am promoted to lieutenant I’ll do my best to make sure everyone is following the rules that are set out for them and I’ll also make sure to still train cadets and make sure they get the training they need so that they know what they’re doing. I believe I am ready for this position I know that not everyone knows me but I am mostly on at a later time I will do my best to make sure that all those under me follow the rules and directives that we set out for them, i’ll make sure to set my goal to make PD run as smoothly as i can make it I will make that my duty and purpose. I am not applying for Lieutenant for the power I’m applying for the responsibility and I will accept that responsibility with the highest of my being. I will not break the rules of PD and I will do my best to uphold what PD is meant to be. I think you need 2-3 Weeks (at the very least) before you apply for Lietenant to really prove you'll be active. If you can prove that you'll be active over actually playing on the server over the next month or so and spend more time getting known with newer people I can see you getting more +Supports. How are you gonna do that if you not in game and active. I've seen you train a few cadets which once again pales in comparison to other government but your clearly trying from just coming back. I rarely ever see you helping anyone.
