(Can be any length) I believe that I deserve this rank because I Spend 4+ hours per day in game. I have read and re-read the motd multiple times and know it like the back of my hand. I also run Serpentine, one of the most organized families in the server. In our family, we have had our ups and downs, but we have been able to make it through all of it. I am not always extremely active on the forums, but I am extremely active in game. On Thursdays and some Saturdays, I play Overwatch on a competitive team, but other than that, I'm on the server whenever I'm home. I also want nothing more than for everyone to have an amazing and fun time on the server. This is the only Garry's mod server I ever play on because, in my opinion, it is the most fun server there is. Also, I don't have very much experience staffing, but IRL, I am an Eagle Scout and an Assistant Scoutmaster in my local Boy Scout troop. I have also was elected for Senior Patrol Leader for 3 different 6 months terms until I stopped running, so I have plenty of leadership experience.How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? According to the Staff Handbook, 4+ RDM/RDA (Mass RDM/RDA) - 10,000 second minge. But due to the fact that Trial-Moderators cannot minge for 10,000 seconds. I would use the above punishment 3x RDM/RDA - Jail/Minge (500 Seconds). Then request any higher up with permissions to execute a 10,000 second minge. Thank You for your consideration! I don’t love your answer for #15 and here’s why; you need to tell us what you’d do about the swearing and disrespect: would you gag him, would you tell him to be quiet, I want to know what you would do.
