+Support As Adams stated it makes sense we should be allowed to promote our applications. A lot of people don't go to the promotions section for various reasons so most people don't get to see it. The whole point of command applications is so the community can give their input on that person. If most of the community doesn't go to the promotions section then we don't get all of the reasons why that person should get it or not.

Hopefully with the outbreak and more people being off of school we may be able to get people on later at night too. I'll try but it can only go for maybe a week or however long I'm off.

I've seen the ups and downs of being Command. I've been able to participate in meetings and training which shows me what really goes on behind the scene. This behind the scene experience has given me a new light of PD and what we need to do to improve our faults and continue to maintain our strengths. To work on these faults and strengths we constantly need to communicate ideas and with the entirety of PD. As a Captain I will be in a better place to work with other officers by calling meetings if needed and it would also allow another Lieutenant spot to open so we can even have fresh perspectives. I also believe I have kept up my promise of professionalism mentioned in my Lieutenant application and as a Captain I will continue to uphold these values. I also believed I have improved at least a little bit during these past several weeks. For example I have been able to establish a standard for myself on how I myself as a Command member needs to step in and how to deal with these situations appropriately. Finally as stated previously if you decide to entrust me with the promotion to Captain I promise to continue to represent the values and expectations of PD Low Command and continue to work with other command members to improve the department based on what we have learned recently. I just want to give my side of the story for right now. I watched the hit happen and when a ticket was made I decided to give the warm solely on the reason other government online witnessed the shooting and responded. At this time I do not remember which person it was but after the shooting happened a state trooper went up the ladder to attempt to affect an arrest. This is why I gave the warning.

First off I know people are saying Tmods cannot warm Senior Admins but @Calamity was called to the sit by myself and he told me to handle the situation as is and I had his permission to warn Max if needed. He also said that he believed that it was a violation of the rules. As for the real situation Max was being pursued by government and had a hit on Ace. Ace was in a traffic stop at Tac Base Parking lot when Max tried to execute the hit. I believe you wouldn’t try to kill someone in front of two police officers and general rules state hits must be done in a secluded area. I decided to warn because while I know the rules have been updated it is a staff members job to know the rules especially since we were updated from SMT on it.

But due to sub teams I was apart of I had more to do. For example I was a Trainer Officer so my job was ensure that lower ranked trainers were hitting their quotas and training properly. I was also a Gamemaster which obviously meant I was making events for the server and most of those times I was working independently from other GMs. I was also required to be in attendance to Admin Senates where we would discuss any big changes to the server and we were allowed to give input and even vote. (150 Word Minimum): I believe I deserve this rank for a couple of reasons. First I am active on the server and I believe I can use this activity to benefit the server. While it is somewhat recent of my activity I've been apart of Gaminglight for a long time. My first contact with any Gmod RP server was GL MilitaryRP back in 2017 and I've been playing PRP since we had the old highway map. I also use to play on GL Clone Wars RP the second time they had it. My experience staffing has taught me how to handle certain situations effectively and how I can be unbiased and work with people fairly. I understand how this is a game and people come here to relax and destress or just have fun with people. Certain things such as not knowing how to play, being unsure of what to do, or sometimes even people who just want to ruin the experience for others can ruin this. My hope as a staff member is to help give people a memorable time here on Gaminglight and to show them our true community which is full of fun and kindness. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? The first thing I would do is jailtp them to myself so they can stop rdming. Since they are cussing I would give them two warnings each in voice chat and text chat to stop so they have a chance to stop. If they fail to stop they would be gagged. The next step I would take is find a high enough staff rank who can provide the 10,000 second minge since as a Trial Moderator I would only be able to give 300 seconds. Once the minge has been given I would ungag and if needed warn them for the cussing so if they are brought into another sit where they repeat the swearing that staff member would know they have done this before. I am currently enrolled in a Career and Technology Center Criminal Justice class and Police Explorers I use this knowledge and skills taught to try and make a better roleplay experience for myself and those who I come in contact with. When I play on PD I am always willing to respond to different calls to service, PT, and especially to train cadets. I also do my best to mentor other officers and make them better PD members by correcting them if they are wrong and answering questions when needed. I've been a PD member for a while. I joined PD about a year ago but my activity was spotty at best due to my lack of a good computer. But now I have my own pc that can handle GL PRP and I now come on every day or every other day. This experience has allowed me to understand the expectations command has for me as a supervisor and I also understand what would be expected of me if promoted to Lieutenant. I know this may sound cliché but I plan to work with other command members to continue to improve upon our department and its officers. Also I am very much aware of the importance that PD has to the server. PD is the base government department and all government members started here. If promoted I will use my position to continue assisting lower officers in becoming better leaders and roleplayers so that whether they join a new department or rise through the ranks of PD they can actively participate as professional government members. I sometimes get annoyed because I'll be on PD and we'll get a lot of bank raids or gen store robberies etc that require tac obviously then I can't do much. So maybe the next day I get on around the same time on SWAT and then I end up driving around a lot not doing anything because its all Amber 1080s or small stuff.

Hello All! I'm Spade I use to play infrequently on PoliceRP a year or two ago and rose to the rank Sergeant Major in PD. I've read through the guides again and I'm use to the current map we are using. I am now able to consistently play actively on PRP and I hope to join a department and continue to rise through PD as I get to know more people on the server and get active!
