Regarding Mandatory Trainings/Meetings It's come to the point where I'm getting tired of hearing excuses after excuses week by week. I've tried to be as lenient as possible with giving people the ability to not attend these mandatory trainings/meetings without any punishments, but it's starting to get really irritating. From now on, state troopers who do not attend these weekly mandatory training/meeting sessions will be subject to further punishments or will be spoken to. I don't want to have to demote/strike for something like this. If caught not attending these, you will be spoken to and punishments will be given. Make sure to attend these mandatory training/meeting sessions. I don't see anything wrong. Richmond was just preventing you all from starting a general store robbery. He didn't have to let yall into the general store. The only thing wrong that I would see from this is bad judgement/bad approach to the situation. As a wanting a warning for failrp, I don't see how he failrp'd. Saying things like " we were just mad because we ended up dying. " is how all cases/reports turn out to be. It's not making fun of you or anyone. Thats how most reports get started. Because the person who makes the report usually gets mad about a certain situation that involved them getting killed and so they want to decide to get the person in trouble by making a report on the forums. But thats not what this is about. As a State matter, no punishments will be given to Richmond.

I just would like to say that all of this is because @Laureline hid inside of a vending machine ? So relax, take a breather, give her a verbal warning and call it a day. Like dang some people could be so hurt for someone doing something like this. If I encountered this, I would laugh and wouldn’t care much about it.

-support You had well over 3+ people inside of the general store robbery. No negotiations were attempted from you or your fellow robbers. When I had arrived on scene, shots were immediately fired. When shots are being fired, negotiations are off. The CERT trooper and the CERT commander were the only ones there at the time of the robbery and we were outnumbered. I then made the decision to move in. I believe I made the right decision because we were heavily outnumbered and needed a way to deescalate the scene. No rule was broken. Tell your friends not to shoot during a hostage situation and I'll be glad to negotiate with you. ?

+Support If a suspect isn’t complying/resisting arrest, nonlethal force is to be applied to the suspect if needed. I tell all my troopers not to be calling staff for something little as this. Troopers should always be RPing every situation as best as possible. If the suspect keeps on resisting arrest and not comply with orders, then you can contact staff. You should always make an attempt to get them to calm down and cooperate. A warm was not needed because suspect was resisting and complying to his orders. Taser abuse would be something like tazing the suspect multiple times when the suspect isn’t doing anything wrong and is standing still and actually cooperating with the officer, This trooper had a reason to be tazing him multiple times. Resisting and being noncompliant.
