Im gonna have to agree with OWNED here but.. If you are scared that an SCP breaches during a Mass test get MTF to prevent that (Also you could ask a friend to hop on the SCP that is gonna be mass tested and ask him not to breach)

Changed to 15 seconds 5 Seconds goes by too fast in my opinion.

What are you suggesting? - Adding a 5-10 Second Teleport cooldown for 7101. How would this change better the server? - Currently 7101 can teleport every single second which is not fair. For example It can rush into a group of CI constantly Teleporting hitting them and then Just escaping when its low and healing itself. So this would help balance fights between CI and MTF. Are there any disadvantages of making this change to the server? If so, explain. - Only that 7101 would have a teleport cooldown. Who would this change mostly benefit? - Chaos Insurgency and Sarkics. Please link any workshop content, screenshots, or anything that you think may be helpful to those who view this suggestion - N/A.

I also have met very nice people/chill in Nu-7 (some friends) and I would be looking forward to working with them and having talks with them I am also pretty active at the moment.
