What are you suggesting? - Adding small boxes in the site's different reception or other open areas (example Medical reception, LCZ reception, Gate A reception, and pipe drop, or possibly even bunks) with pictures of the zone they are in (LCZ, LCZ, EZ, and HCZ respectively) with the typical red "You Are Here" circles to show a player where they are in that given zone. How would this change better the server? - For newer players, it's an easy way to help direct them around the map as it could be confusing. This suggestion is targeted specifically to those newer members who are looking to get into GL SCPRP and help those individuals learn the map. And as we now have reception areas, it would be a great utilization of some of the open space in those areas. Who knows, maybe we can even see those signs being used in RP. Are there any disadvantages of making this change to the server? If so, explain. - A SCP facility would most likely not have signs like these and members would just be expected to learn the layout as the point of a secure facility is to confuse the enemy and make it harder to breach into or break out of. Who would this change mostly benefit? - Newer players. Please link any workshop content, screenshots, or anything that you think may be helpful to those who view this suggestion - N/A

  6. that’s not what i mean. headshots should definitely do more than body shots but what i mean is that being shot in the limb shouldn’t do nothing compared to a body shot like it currently is.
  7. Ahh I see. What would it look like if the limb damage modifier was removed altogether? Would that fix it or would that just result in more issues in the future or just break pvp?

What are you suggesting? - Increasing the limb damage modifier from .25 to .6-.7, maybe even .75 How would this change better the server? - PvP currently is hit or miss as you can unload 2 mags into someone and do like 50 damage either due to hitreg or to rng by only hitting limb shots. Even so, hitting someone in the arm with a barret shouldn't do 40-50 damage. I have talked to a bunch of people in different branches and everyone I have talked to has agreed that the current limb modifier is way too low for how the server's combat works, and it's currently the main thing holding back the server when it comes to combat. Are there any disadvantages of making this change to the server? If so, explain. - It would make pvp much more enjoyable for everyone as shooting someone even on an arm or leg would do damage Who would this change mostly benefit? - Everyone Please link any workshop content, screenshots, or anything that you think may be helpful to those who view this suggestion - N/A

  12. I think what he meant is that the person in RP we thought who was 8286 died, as the real instance had not actually been killed, which is reasonable. Regardless, I am still confused how one can think of it's an invalid death. Maybe this gray area in the rules can be better clarified by SMT in an update to prevent future confusion?
  13. In RP, 8286 won the interroagtion against his doppleganger, so he stays out while the real person dies. I know because i watched the whole thing happen. 8286 was found out to be who he was because he failed an id check after the 5 min cooldown after the interro and then he had killed someone with his 8286 swep right in front of another HTF. I don't see how this death is an invalid death. +support

  16. its annoying af the screen shaking like that gives me some bad motion sickness and ive died many many times as a result +support
