What are you suggesting? - Adding small boxes in the site's different reception or other open areas (example Medical reception, LCZ reception, Gate A reception, and pipe drop, or possibly even bunks) with pictures of the zone they are in (LCZ, LCZ, EZ, and HCZ respectively) with the typical red "You Are Here" circles to show a player where they are in that given zone.
How would this change better the server? - For newer players, it's an easy way to help direct them around the map as it could be confusing. This suggestion is targeted specifically to those newer members who are looking to get into GL SCPRP and help those individuals learn the map. And as we now have reception areas, it would be a great utilization of some of the open space in those areas. Who knows, maybe we can even see those signs being used in RP.
Are there any disadvantages of making this change to the server? If so, explain. - A SCP facility would most likely not have signs like these and members would just be expected to learn the layout as the point of a secure facility is to confuse the enemy and make it harder to breach into or break out of.
Who would this change mostly benefit? - Newer players.
