Yes, I am currently a Admin and Senior Gamemaster on ImperialRP.
How often are you on TeamSpeak?
Most of the day, usually around 8 hours. I am also Senior High Command which means I have to be very active.
Why would you want to join our Support team (Word Count 150+)?
I would like to join the Support team because I want to help new people that find their way to our community and because I would like to generally expand my experience and involvement within the Gaminglight Community as a whole. Sometimes I have seen new members of the community waiting 5 to 10 minutes or even more than that for someone to take their support case and assist them. I would really like to help the Support Team and the new members and take support cases as fast as possible. I am also very active on Teamspeak, which means that I would be able to fulfill my support duties everday for large periods of time. I enjoy helping new and old members alike, and I believe that by joining the Support Team I would be able to have a positive impact on those who require any sort of assistance.
How do you think you could affect support staff in a positive way?
I would positively affect the Support Team by being a very active member in the Teamspeak aswell as by taking support cases and providing help to those in need of it.
