I wish to be commander to lead the 501st into victory against the rebel scourge, I have been in 501st for a few months now and feel personally that is the right time to move up and show that I can perform well in the VCMDR position. I have never been in the position I am applying for but I believe that if I am trusted for this position I will show my hard work ethic and fit this position well. The purpose of a commander for a branch is to lead troopers of their respective battalion and enforce the will of high command, they should also be leading by performing trainings and simulations for members of the battalion to keep them active and engaged within the battalion. Command members should also be making sure that members of the battalion are following server and battalion rules on the SOP and MOTD. Command should also be ensuring that officers and NCO's are meeting quota and giving strikes and/or other punishments for people who don't reach said quota. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : I believe I can be trusted in this position because I have 0 warnings over the past 2 years of my time on GL, also I believe my ability to reach these high ranks in multiple battalions shows my commitment to whatever battalion I am in. I want to become Vice Commander of Purge because ive grown a strong and deep bond with the battalion, Ive started from a simple enlisted who had the goal to reach CPL and was unprepared for what this branch had for me next, Around the time i became a SGT i had a amazing role model, Tyranis, He truly inspired me to want more and not just for myself but for Purge, Ive grown love for this battalion and did what i had to do as a NCO, Ive made strong bonds with members in the branch and more bonds with some outside of Purge, From then on ive aspired to have a leadership role but we all start somewhere, Once ive hit officer i promised myself that id keep pushing for higher, I wanted to prove to not only myself but all of purge i can help lead,improve and further develop, I truly think my passion for this branch exceeds what people expect and my love for gaminglight truly grows more and more, If i were to become VCMDR Id do everything in my power to improve the battalion, help new members or curious members by giving them knowledge ive gained from my time here and always communicate with everyone. I believe i have earned the ranks and opportunities from my recent times in purge due to my knowledge and capabilities, I have shown my admiration of this branch and i have no ill intentions to ruin such a amazing battalion for it is a honor to be in, I want to bring new ideas, have Purge stand out and be recognized, improve activity. I was able to earn a High rank in the Royal Guard of Elder Guard (LTCOL) by working my way up to Sabre Guard Vice Lead. Additionally, I have always been an officer or low command during my service in various battalions. The reason I Am interested in becoming a vice commander of purge is to lighten the load that is on our current Command team and to help our troops with having a Vice commander that is actively on when they are, And to help keep things organized with in the battalion. 4. Why should we trust you to be a commander?: The reason I should be trusted to be a Vice commander is Because I have had a lot of growth in maturity and knowledge within the community and on this server and I have also been apart of several other battalions in the past such a nova troopers[when they existed], Death troopers, Medical corps, and naval. As I've spent time on the server, I only have spent any serious time within Purge/IQ. I enjoy the time I've spent within the battalion and the friends I have made during said time here. I would like to aid in the development of the battalion to the best of my ability, as I have come to see Purge/IQ as my online community that I would like to maintain it at its best. At this time I believe that Purge/IQ are in a good position, but I believe it is hurting in terms of numbers. I would like to focus my efforts on increasing the number of players that are being brought in and, more importantly, maintaining long term players within the enlisted/NCO ranks. In summary, I would like to be in a command position within Purge/IQ because I want to use every resource I have available to advance the development of the battalion and provide an enjoyable experience for the members of the battalion. 4. How much game time do you have on the server? I currently have 9 weeks on the server [roughly 1250 hours] 5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? The main purpose of a battalion commander is to set an example for the battalion as a whole, maintain order by addressing problems within the battalion, and maintaining/editing documents. A commander is the head of the battalion and acts as the leader and primary role model of what members of the battalion should strive to be. Commanders also act as a voice for the battalion members among the command members during meetings. This of course allows issues within the commander's battalion to be brought forth to higher ranking, more experienced members who may be able to aid in solving any inner issues. While maintaining order within the battalion, the commander must know how to properly communicate with their battalion. Being too strict or too lenient each have their own set problems, so it is important to find a firm balance between the two that allows for the battalion's standards to be upheld while also keeping a calm atmosphere that is more welcoming for new players. Being capable of mediating between players within your battalion is also very important for keeping the peace within the battalion, as arguments are sure to escalate within the battalion at any given point in time and the commander must be capable of de-escalating the situation. This does not solely remain within their own battalion of course. As issues have been known to come up between battalions and their members, it is important for a commander to be able to rationally come to a compromise or general solution to the matter with the input of any other battalion's commander who may be involved. Communication outside of the commander's own battalion is just as important as their ability to communicate with the members of their own battalion. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : I have had time to grow with the battalion and have become familiar with its inner-workings. I wish for nothing more than the battalions continued growth and development. As such, I would like to aid the battalion to the best of my abilities. That being said, I believe I have developed a good relationship with all of the serious members of Purge/IQ. I also have a firm grasp on when to be heavy handed and when to keep a light hearted tone, so as to maintain a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere for newer players while also keeping players in line in order to keep order and respect within the battalion. Regarding my personal responsibilities on the server as well, I have always strived to meet my quota to the best of my ability while also providing an entertaining experience for players. I enjoy bringing the community together for an activity that is enjoyable for the players. When presented with a situation that requires me to make a choice that impacts multiple people, in real life as well as in game, I take in the opinions of those around me so that I may make a decision that either reaches a compromise among the people or satisfies that majority party. I am highly active on the server and when I am not active, I am using my AFK hours to build funds for sims and trainings. I actively accrue a relatively large amount of GC specifically for this, as I have no personal use for it. I use it as a motivator for not just my own battalion, as I prefer hosting sims that include more of the server, but for all players. I see it as an incentive for them to engage each other in a social, OOC environment. I am highly dedicated to this server, as I have come to love the community I have found here. I wish to see my battalion, as well as the others, grow and flourish. And so long as it is within my power, I will do what I can do make that happen. 7. How often can you be Online? : I am typically online around 4pm-9:30pm Pacific Time M-F, and I am usually available from 12pm PT Saturday and Sunday. 1. What is your IGN? (In Game Name) : 501st Phase Zero Lead CPT PZ21(Aka Rico/FootSniffa Jr) 2. What Regiment are you applying for? 501st Vice Commander 3. Why do you want to be a commander of this branch? I would like to be given the chance to be Vice commander of 501st because I have poured most of my time on the server into the 501st rewriting documents such as Phase Zero and Jump trooper. I have also helped rebuild a once broken sub branch back up into a fully functioning group that shows activity and operates at a high level as intended. I also have many years experience leading units on servers in Star wars and in other genres as well, I feel that i am someone that a lot of the 501st can come to when they are having issues or just need to say something. I always am trying to better the 501st by hosting trainings and tryouts as often as i can and try to bring new and interesting things to the trainings. I also try and make sure that everyone in the battalion has a voice no matter if they are a PVT or a LT. 4. How much game time do you have on the server? 260+ hours 5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? I feel the main purpose of a Commander/Vice Commander to to set a bar and hold yourself and everyone else to it but most importantly hold yourself to it because if you do not follow your own standards than you cannot expect anyone else to follow them. I also believe it is the Commands job to help mold future command as if you do not prepare others you are leaving your own group in a bad spot and set the battalion up for failure. A Commander or Vice Commander should make the battalion somewhere where people want to go and have fun it is their job to ensure that people are having a good time. It is also the job of Command staff to make sure that everyone's voice is being heard the reason for that is if you only listen to a certain group you wont get new perspectives on things and that could lead to missed opportunities. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : I believe i can be trusted as i am the Current Phase Zero Lead and Lead of Jump Troopers which Akeru has trusted me with the position. I also feel like one of the most important aspects about me is i am not afraid to let people in my unit know when they are doing something wrong and put them on the correct path. As I have previously stated i have past experience leading units and being at a high command level so I know what is expected of the position and what needs to be done. I will always try and help new and old players of the Battalion whatever their needs are whether it just be someone to talk to and help with some basic combat training or someone who is looking to move up in the ranks and wondering how to properly present themselves so that they may be an effective NCO/Officer. I know I have not been around the Imperial RP community for as long as others that go for command positions but I feel I am solid choice due to the fact that I have meshed with the 501st so well and it feels as if I have been apart of the unit for much longer than i actually have been. If given the opportunity I am never one to turn down criticism whether I like it or not because I find it to be something to grow off of, what other people say of you does matter because you reflect your battalion so I am always open to growing. 7. I want to be a commander for Purge because I am in love with this branch and the people in it. Everyone in Purge and IQ is so nice and I want to see them grow within this branch and I also want to help them grow and as a Vice Commander I will be able to do that. I want to see our battalion to be seen as the best of the best and for Purge to be the battalion with the most people in it and the only thing we can do is encourage our NCO+ to do that and I will be able to make our people feel like they are having fun while also doing their job. If I am able to get Vice Commander, I will be able to do more with my troops and have some more fun on the server rather than having them sit at PCP and being bored out of their mind. As of right now I just got promoted to LTCOL and I have been trying my hardest to engage the troops into RP situations such as Jedi interrogations to make the troops feel like they belong in Purge, and they aren't just another troop that we have. Purge is the first battalion that I joined, and I joined them on my first day and I had so much fun in the battalion that I decided to stick with it and the only other battalion I am in is IQ and that is only because I bought the package. I am committed to Purge, and I stand for Purge in our lows and our highs whatever they are, I am invested in Purge with changes that might happen in the future either making Purge better or making Purge worse, whatever happens I will stick in the battalion, and I will stick with my troops. 4. The main purpose of a commander is to push the troops that they are given to their limit and maybe more and to also listen to those troops' questions and concerns and to teach new troops how to act and how to be a part of the battalion. The Vice Commander also needs to do their own job of making their troops happy and to give out promotions so that those troops don't feel stuck and don't want to do anything because they are stuck. A Vice Commander also needs to their job whether it's doing sims or flagging up the troops so that we can get our troops up and active as much as we can. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : I can be trusted as a commander because I am active and motivated to be a part of the server and to help out wherever I can and to be seen as an outstanding leader and a good person. I look up to the current Purge command team and see how wonderful they all are, and I would be grateful to work alongside them. I am very serious about this server and how our RP is, and I want to see if I can change for the better of the entire server. 7. I would like to become a vice commander in this battalion as I want to help grow it and improve it for new players to come in and join and just have a good time with Nova and with the server, I’d also want the position as I believe with my activity I can put a good look on the battalion as I’m on the server a lot and I feel that a command team that is active and online looks really good and makes new people want to join as they can interact with the command team and see who is in charge and running the battalion. I'd also want to become a vice commander for Nova as I believe as a vice commander I will be able to give all of Nova more activity's to do and make things less boring because as a guarding battalion things can get boring and stale and I wish to avoid that and just make things more fun and exciting rather then having those days when there's nothing happening. 4. The main purpose of a vice commander is to help the commander with anything that is requested. As it is the vice commander's job to help lighten the load on the commander and disperse the work rather than having one person do most of the work. I also believe that a vice commander should look over NCOs and officers and make sure everyone knows what they should be doing and make sure everyone in the battalion is following the rules and is not messing around or doing anything they aren't meant to be doing. A vice commander should also give new ideas to help the battalion with being more refined and have things run smoother, keeping people in the battalion and bringing in new people. Another thing a vice commander should do is help resolve any issues with anything whether it is caused by a player or even something messed up in a document. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : You should trust me as I have been on the server for a decent amount of time now and because of that I feel that I have shown that I wish to actually rp. And that I have been trying my hardest to bring new people into the battalion and you can see my efforts in the fact that I have brought in several new people into the battalion. Another reason you should trust me is that I truly wish to Improve Nova and I hope that with Improvements whether small or large that it makes new players want come and join and with those changes I also hope that it makes everyone else's time on the server more fun and enjoyable, As I do believe that a refined battalion can improve other battalions or even just improve other people's enjoyment. Another reason I believe I can be trusted is that I'm not afraid to say what's on my mind and say things out right rather then hiding it and having it cause any issues as I believe that's what makes a good person someone that's up front whether its to high command or even a private there should be no difference when you talk with someone just be cause of there ranking we are all people and deserve respect. 7. 1. What is your IGN? (In Game Name) : Crimson CSLD 4457 Captain Reaper 2. What Regiment are you applying for? Imperial Commando - IC 1207 Sev 3. Why do you want to be a commander of this branch? I am wishing to bring strong leadership to the regiment to make sure that it is in capable hands and is ran well, as well as holding a good image and reputation within the community, as well as enacting a strong command structure to follow. I also wishing to bring in such traits like discipline and respect to the other regiments within the server. I do have plenty of experience of being in SOBDE and in a Commanding Officer position as I've been playing SWRP as a whole for a collective of 7 years, but throughout my time i've been in many positions ranging from minor yet important NCO roles to being a battalion Commander. I’d like to become commander to better the IC as a whole, more specifically: Better the Crimson Squad with the any all future CSLDs that will come as well as the current Overseer of IC by making their selections harder which i already have my reasoning for that is because I did not see them as difficult so with permission i edited both the current Tryout and SOPs for Crimson to my liking and what they should be for a Black Ops Squad as of now both have been approved and will be in rotated in, i wish work with my fellow Vice Commanders as well as Officers to ensure the population and activity of the battalion. Scout Snipers will be mostly the same, the system now works well and will be possibly expanded upon ie: Bit more training to test the accuracy of the sharpshooters, watching for their on field overwatch comms as they have an important role in ensuring everything is spotted. I have been in this unit for little over a month and I do believe that there are some things to work on, but some that are great so far. Would love to improve the unit with all the Commandos. 4. How much game time do you have on the server? About a Week, or 170 hours. 5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? The reason for a Commander is to work with the current Vice Commanders and Officers to ensure the Population and Activity of the unit is secured and working fine. In this case I would be working with Crimson Squad as well as the Scout Snipers the most. Another main purpose of being a commander is to lead the troopers of your regiment with confidence and to keep the players of your regiment interested in the server and the battalion while leading the battalion in a steady path while providing a good time for the players within your regiment. Everyone has different styles of leadership yet I prefer to stay professional and disciplined while in combat. On the other hand when we aren't in combat I tend to relax and chill while we wait for more events as i say i like to have fun but there is a time and a place for everything. Moving on another job of a commander is to provide an organized regiment for others to enjoy no matter the position. It's the duty of the Commanding Officer to keep his regiment in line and this includes NCOs and Officers. This is what in my opinion, a CMDR should be striving towards 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : I believe that I have shown that I can be trusted to the current Vice Commander’s as I am the current Reaper, i was intrusted this position by the past Sev - Trace and Past Reaper - Scooty and I have put my all in to not break this trust. Most of the Current Officers trust me when I was a NCO I had become squad lead for the IC a handful of times and each time we did amazing. Same thing when I first became an Officer. I understand I have not been on this server for long but I would love to get to know more people in Command as well as the troopers. As I stated above I previously have been Commander and many other important positions a plethora of times. Which means that I can bring a good work ethic and the ability to make professional yet unbiased decisions when it comes down to controversial topics. Another positive about me is that I'm respectful towards current and new members and I like to provide a safe yet fun experience for others to enjoy. I can also take in criticism and learn from it to better myself for future endeavors. As I have stated above, I have held much greater positions which means that I am trustworthy and a hardworking person. And to finish off I am willing to take the initiative to call people out on their wrongful acts and also i am a very dedicated member of the community and have been for the time that ive been here. 7. As a special forces group we have expectations to uphold and exceed and it is the vice commanders job to make sure those expectations are met and all rules and protocols are followed. Making sure your troopers are not acting out of line and being professional at all times, unprofessional behaviour is a very big deterrent for new players and stops them from considering IC as a life and can hinder the growth of the Battalion. The 501st was my first ever regiment on Gaminglight, and I am genuinely in love with the battalion. Some of the most amazing people I have met call the 501st home, and it truly is an honor to be considered a peer to such an astounding group of people. I would like to become a Vice commander to become the right hand of the command team I know and respect, to assist in duties mundane or thrilling, the 501st offered an opportunity to find somewhere I actually manage to fit in on the server, I would like to be a part of extending that olive branch to the future generations of the battalion. I have an innate passion to see our regiment thrive and flourish under the proper leadership, and I firmly believe in becoming vice commander I can be the most effective in my duties, and provide a helping hand to the command team in the most effective way I can. With the surge of incoming recruits with the dissolution of Havoc I realize and understand that we need another competent vice commander to ensure that the swelling ranks are never an impediment, but rather a well-oiled machine capable of reaching any objective no matter the obstacles or distance. I have personally attempted to the hardest of my ability to become a level-headed, supportive, functional member of the battalion that produces results I would be proud to present to any member of High Command or my command team alike. I have been in shock for a while now and have seen shock go through many phases. During every single one I have always viewed shock as family no matter what and now I want to play a bigger role in this wonderful battalion and help it grow even better. About a month ago Shock was going through one of the worst periods I have ever seen it go through, with commanders constantly getting thrown out due to not being fit for the position and as a whole seeing shock suffer. I'm happy to see that this battalion is now thriving under the leadership of our current commanders and I would love nothing more then to join them and assist them in making Shock an amazing battalion again. Reaching new peaks of players isn't my only objective but also increasing our activity at all times of the day. The main purpose of a Vice Commander is to rally the rest of Purge and inspire them to want to play on the server. It’s important for a commander to be active and interact with the Purge to keep them entertained and keep them in order as well. It’s important for leadership to interact and get involved with the Enlisted and NCOs. A vice commander should also communicate with Officers and other members of IQ Command to make sure everything is running smoothly. Maintaining Purge’s reputation on the server is something I care about very much. I want Purge to be the most active, most fun and most engaging battalion on the server and I believe that that is the most important thing a vice commander should do. Having a vice commander online is exciting for our enlisted and NCOs and I want to set the best example for them and be a good role model to Purge as well as other players too. I think a vice commander should also represent the whole of Purge so a vice commander should be a good example of how players should act on the server. Striking a balance between having fun and being serious is an important thing for me, as I want everyone to enjoy themselves while also maintaining a good behavior and upholding Purge’s reputation. If Purge looks excellent from an outside perspective, it'll entice old and new players alike to want to join Purge and be part of our community. Additionally, a vice commander should be responsible for executive tasks such as updating the rosters for promotions and LOA/ROAs, providing help and support within the game as well as helping out and being a positive member of the community within the Discord and on the forums. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : I believe I’ve done a good job as an Officer but I think I could do an even better job as a vice commander. I’ve only played on Purge since I’ve joined the server not because I don't like the other battalions but because I genuinely believe Purge is the most fun battalion on the server and that means I want to prioritize my Purge life and be as active as possible on Purge to increase our activity and keep our troops entertained and having fun. I have great relations with the current Inquisitorius Command Team and I believe that I could communicate and work with them to better the Inquisitorius as a whole. Having a Command Team who get along well can be incredibly beneficial for Purge for reasons such as large scale missions and small or large tweaks to the battalion to improve it. I also communicate as much as I can with all ranks within Purge and IQ with the goal of making them feel welcomed and accepted and I believe those small interactions benefit Purge as it shows that even a command member cares about a PVT and it will cascade onto all of Purge, creating a community of respect and friendship. As mentioned before, I value striking a balance between being serious and being fun. I will ensure that Purge have fun and enjoy themselves but also make sure we never get carried away and keep everyone in check. Purge’s reputation as a battalion is something I strive to maintain and improve and I will take all actions necessary to keep Purge on their best behavior. I want punishments to be effective in teaching a lesson and correcting one's behavior instead of putting them down or making them feel bad as I believe anyone can change if the correct approach is taken. I have shown that I am nice but can become serious to address severe problems and issues or snap Purge back into line. I have been in shock ever since I first joined this community and I love this battalion and the people in it and I want to play a bigger role in helping it improve and become a good battalion again that people enjoy. Shock is like a family to me and I hate the reputation it has now and I want to change that. I would love to be a Vice Commander of Purge for the following reasons. One, I have dedicated lots of time to the battalion when it comes to SIMs, Training, and Missions. Two, during my time as an officer for Purge I’ve strived to do as much for the battalion (Like SIMs and Trainings) and I, would love for it to be one of my jobs to Host SIMs, missions, and Trainings for the battalion and maybe even other battalions. Three, I want to make that battalion look good with the increased numbers that we have been getting; Four Purge has pretty much been the only battalion I’ve been playing since my first day on the server. The main Purpose for the Vice Commander of Purge is to make sure the battalion is running smoothly and fix what isn’t going smoothly, in that a Vice Commander would also be overseeing the command team and Officers but more of the command team. A Vice Commander needs to be able to interact with their troopers and be friendly at times, but at other times a vice commander needs to be strict and discipline their troopers when needed. First, Vice Commanders should be good leaders whether they are on the ground or the ship, They need to lead their troops when needed. Second They should also deal with problems in the battalion that might need their attention an Example a Purge member broke a rule that results in a Strike, the Vice Commander’s job would be to give the strike if it was a valid reason. Third, you would assist the command team in their overall duties when needed. The Vice commanders need to keep the battalion in check (Promoting those that are doing good, keeping the battalion up to date with lore, rules, SOP, etc). Commanders should also do roster updates for the battalion to keep the ranks up to date. Fourth, a Vice Commander should be able to decide who can fit a certain role and what would happen if they didn’t fit it. Concluding all of that a VCMDR would host more SIMs, Missions, Trainings Etc. then the typical officer, to try to make the battalion a good and fun place to be in/at. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : I believe I should be trusted with the role of Purge Vice Commander. One because of my track record within the battalion, I’ve had 0 strikes and punishments. As of the time of making this, I am the Brawler Assistant Lead, so I have experience with this type of position. (Even though there is a fair difference between BAL/LTCOL and VCMDR). Adding to that, I’ve been trusted with roles such as being a part of the Command team, and as I’ve stated before I am the Brawler Assistant Lead. Furthermore, Purge is the battalion I’m most active in so I can deal with issues when they need to be dealt with. In addition to all, I stated before I’m a good leader with experience leading an officer in the server and real life as a captain for my football team and basketball team. Furthermore, I am an experienced leader not only in-game but also in real life, I have led paintball teams using strategy and leadership, which could prove to be useful as a VCMDR. I want to be vice commander of this branch for many reasons Dedication: I have been in IF since January 25th and have worked hard within this branch everyday. When I first joined IF I attended tryouts. followed orders and became enthralled with this battalion. After a short while and a couple of promotions I decided to transfer my SFC rank from Purge into IF so I could fully dedicate my time to this battalion. Upon reaching Senior agent I wanted to make an immediate impression so I started working closely with officers and vice commanders whether it was hosting as many tryouts as possible or informing my COs of any misconduct I witnessed from other members. I joined IF because I saw they were hosting tryouts and I’m glad I did because I have found a battalion that I truly have passion for and will continue to work my hardest to improve everyway I can, this position will help me achieve more of these goals. Work: I have hosted many tryouts in my time in IF and I still do. I have trained people, handled misconduct, and have given command input when necessary. I work hard for this battalion and want to continue to work for these people as much as possible to make IF the best battalion on this server. The main purpose of any VCMDR is to work with commanders to make important choices about the battalion. VCMDRs work closely and oversee officers to make sure they are doing what is required of them. They are expected to maintain the roster and handle any complaints about their battalion from other members of command. VCMDRs oversee the parts of their battalions that Commanders cannot and ensure officers are upholding any changes Commanders have put in place. VCMDRs act as an example for all members of their battalion and should carry themselves professionally and be mature in all circumstances that require their attention. Why should we trust you to be a commander? I have had a fair amount of time on this server and have had a lot of experiences which I will now breakdown for you: Purge: Purge was my first battalion and taught me almost everything I know about the server. I first joined because I just so happened to meet Augustus in the third floor hallway and he gave me a tryout. I learned respect and the amount of dedication expected from you to make it far while I was in purge and made some great friends along the way. Flash forward to around December when I was promoted to SGT and had my first experience as NCO. I wasn’t the best NCO when I was first promoted but it was my first time and I learned from these mistakes and they have made me who I am today. I reached the rank of SFC and decided to leave but I still try and maintain the relationships I made there because I was my first battalion. Purge gave me the basics of how to lead, establish connections and how to stay motivated. 501st: I was 501st a short time but it was a fun time.501st taught me how not everything on this server has to be serious. There's time for fun and there’s time for seriousness. The amount of SIMs and patrols I did in 501st taught me how to interact with the community that you don’t have to be mean to people just because they are standing in front of a checkpoint and want to ask questions. I got a lot of social interaction out of 501st and I am very thankful for that. Naval: The Navy taught me many things but the most important lesson I learned was professionalism. As many know, becoming navy is difficult. It’s somewhat demanding. It requires you to be professional and any kind of misconduct seen done by you is grounds for removal or strike this all leads me to this. Inferno: My favorite battalion and the battalion I am most definitely dedicated to. I have used everything I learned from all my past experiences to be the best Inferno agent I can possibly be. I dedicate a lot of time to trainings and tryouts. I am the most active Shock Officer. I want to be VCMDR of Shock, it has been the first and only battalion that I've truly enjoyed, the people within the battalion are important to me. I want to make the Shock Battalion feel more like a family than just a battalion where u only get ordered around and have no fun. Why do you want to be Commander of this branch? I want to be Vice Sovereign because I enjoy participating and interacting with all members. Personally, Royal Guard is perhaps my favorite branch to be a part of and participate in. The Roleplay is fun and interesting. The members are great people and how we coordinate with each other and cooperate with other Battalions is impressive seeing as how it is so fluid. I like to help and work alongside the Vice Sovereign Steel to allow for the Battalion to operate at peak efficiency. Right now, I seek to revise this Battalion and help it achieve its full potential as a Branch. As a Vice Sovereign, I entirely believe that I can help create better relations with other Battalions and try to organize better joint Sims and Ops. I want to progress not only myself but also the Royal Guard Battalion as a whole. A Vice Commander must be involved with whatever it is that goes on inside of their Battalion. A Vice Commander has many jobs such as: making sure the Roster is updated and kept up-to-date, Vice Commanders should be active in the GamingLight Community since they are a major representative of their Battalion/branch. Vice Commanders should be making sure that their members are feeling welcome and should be giving everyone a voice in future decisions that impacts them. Vice Commanders must monitor their officers and make sure they are doing their jobs wholely, as well as making the decision to appoint new and responsible officers who are both capable and responsible enough to lead both new and future members of their Battalion. A Vice Commander must be tracking the Battalion's activity (making activity pings and contacting any inactive members whenever it's necessary). Finally, Vice Commanders must be available for anyone who has trouble or issues while also enforcing and ensuring the CoC is maintained and respected. Why should we trust you to be a Commander? I believe I should be trusted to become a Vice Sovereign because I love being a part of this battalion, helping members with what they need, guiding/training new members, and teaching people how to get started in dueling. I understand that I can be a little bit immature and goof around sometimes but I fully believe and understand that there are times where you may have fun and times where professionalism must be maintained. Professionalism is something that can make or break Battalion's reputation. I believe in leniency, such as giving someone a second chance to learn and be better. I want to help the battalion in anyway I can whether that being helping out with roster updates because it seems like it can pile up and become quite annoying at sometimes and as well pushing officers and ncos as well as myself to do tryouts so our battalion is at its peak. Vice commanders are responsible for their troops and leading them and being a good role model for their troops as well as for the rest of the server. They're also responsible for making the battalion better as well making important decisions to help they're respective battalions out as much as they can. As well as showing up to meetings and resolving problems within battalion before it gets out of control. Vice Commanders should be an enforcers of a battalion but should also be transparent and understanding as well. 6.) Why should we to trust you to be a Vice Commander? I think I should be trust as vice commander because I can succeed in at this position and help out the battalion anyway Inferno Command or HC seems fit. I have held a vice commander position before but I feel currently I have improved since then. But I do know that this position requires hard work and dedication to the respective battalion. Along with that I know that this position is a major responsibility and if someone ever mess up there are no excuses for they're actions.
