Vice Sovereign Application 1. What is your IGN? (In Game Name) Lore Senior Guard Rev | Saber Guard Incarceratus 2. What Regiment are you applying for? Imperial Royal Guards 3. Why do you want to be a commander of this branch? I am looking to become a commander as i look to progress my experience and be able to bring a new experience for the server and the Royal Guards battalion with a new command member. I have also been a Vic Sov before, but unfortunately I received an injury which effected my attendance and I had to leave the server for some time. However I wish to make up for the past issue by apply for the position again and bring a new experience to the battalion that people have not seen within the battalion before. I also wish to become a commander within the battalion to sharpen my skills with the server, as I know some things are different from what I have done over the years as a leader and as a commander. This will help me understand what will need to change within the Royal Guards. I also want to become a commander to show other that I am capable of leading them and to show that they are being heard. I am also wishing to become a commander within the Royal Guard battalion to make changer's where possible. This will be done by going to every Royal Guard member and letting them speak their own mind. No form filling out as i know most people prefer speak one to one. However this does not mean i wish to remove the suggestion forms at all. I would simply like to speak one on one with each member and see what they want to changed or be improved on if I am given the chance to become a commander within the Royal Guard battalion. I also want to become a commander of the Royal Guards as I know i am more than capable of doing so. With my knowledge and experience I do believe I can make great things happen within the Royal Guard battalion. For example. I have already made a few documents as a member of the Royal Guards, I have also make sure that people under me have a voice to be heard. I also speak my mind to the current command staff with matter that need to be addressed. I also have the many years of being a leadership figure and as a commander of troopers/members. I know for a 100% that I will make a great commander within the Royal Guards with all the skills, experience and knowledge that I have. I also wish to be a commander as I believe it is time for a new face on the block, however this does not involve others apply. I believe with my time in the Royal Guards I have gained lots of information and also seen different sides to other members that have been in the position before. This will put me a step above them as I see what the command team does not see right now. This will benefit the Royal Guard battalion in so many ways. 4. How much game time do you have on the server? 8 Weeks 5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? When you think of a commander of a branch. Most people will think of a strong willed person, but some people will also see a different side of this. However I believe a commander is to lead his guys and go above and beyond for them. Even if it means putting himself at risk. However the main purpose by default for a commander of a branch is to make sure that his or hers members of their branch is to tow the line. This will always start with the lower ranking officers. If other officers fail to perform then the NCOS will fail as well. This will also continue down to the cadets. A commander must go out of their way to make sure that the chain does not brake. This is all held together by the commander. The next purpose of a commander is a hard task/job for some. This is administration work I.e. sorting documents, training files, arranging new types of files and keeping a database updated. Most people do falter at this however I know I will not as I have had many years doing all of what is listed above. Another purpose of a commander is to hear is men/members out. If a commander or leader does not take input from his or her members, then they are not a team player. This will make people hate their commander and will lead to people rising up against them or even members leaving. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : I know I can be trusted with a commander positions over the years I have lead many groups on a wide range of games. The most i have lead a group is for 17 years and I still do run part of a branch/Section/battalion. I also deal with administration work, which I know comes into play with a commander position. With that knowledge I know I can be useful and bring a lot to the table. To add onto my experience but focusing on Royal Guards. I have been in the battalion for quite sometime. And in this time I have spoken my mind, made many suggestions on how to improve the Royal Guard battalion. I do believe that some of the suggestions that have been made were also where I went out to other Royal Guard members and let them speak their voice. This I know is important to do as some people do not put suggestions forward in our suggestion form, but would rather be asked person to person. How often can you be Online? : My activity time frame depends on the day due to work. However in total per-week I will say 20-30+ hours a week. 8. Do you have any Warnings? I want to be a Vice Commander of the ISB:IA to see the battalion grow and to be a part of that. I hope to learn what this position holds for me and how it can lead me to grow as a person within this server. I care about the members of this group and have enjoyed my time here and would like to be able to help people enjoy their time here as much as I have. I want to enable the members to interact with other battalions and promote more RP scenarios. A lot of people within this server know who I am and I spend a lot of my time interacting with members of other battalions and making ISB known throughout the server as well as ensuring that we have a place in this server and that people know that if there is something they need to talk about they are always free to speak with me or a fellow ISB Agent about matters, if that be in game our out of RP. 4. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? Becoming a Vice Commander comes with a lot of responsibilities, some of those being easier than others. You are supposed to be a role model for the higher ranking officers and the battalion as well as assist them in anything they need help with and work to bring the battalion together as a whole. As well as to conduct their duties with respect and to make sure that they are someone who people in the battalion feel like they can talk with. With that being said you are also to bring change to the battalion and work with your officers to make everything run smoother and to be more appealing and easy to work within the battalion. Your main goal is to promote activity within the battalion by either doing sims or training and to make sure people have stuff to do and things to look forward to while online. You command your troops with fervor and support but at the same time being stern and heartfelt to ensure that they are having fun but at the same time staying serious. You have to ensure that your troops are conducting themselves with proper etiquette and making sure that they are living up to the standard that they are to be conducting. You have to take a stand when things go bad and ensure that everything goes smoothly and people have fun while in your battalion. You are also one of the faces of the battalion and the person people look up to as well as being the first person that people go to when trying to interact with command. You are to communicate with the members of your battalion to ensure that their complaints or possible changes are discussed and either dealt with and taken care of. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : I am a current Agent of the ISB:IA as well as an Admin within staff, I have been a part of the elite Inferno Squad and even achieved the rank of ID10 during my time there. I have been on server for several months now and lot of people know me on the server and I have had a lot of good interactions with people on the server some being bad but for the most part I think that I have made a name for myself on the server and am seen as a person people can talk with and have fun around. I carry myself with dignity in my duties within the Empire and have been trusted with working on things in the past. I have taken part in most activities throughout my time here as ISB and I am confident in my duties and how I take care of them. I believe that I have shown that I can take a leadership position if that means taking temporary control of another battalion or if that means manning the bridge. 7. How often can you be Online? : I try to be on as much as possible but I can usually being 2-6 hours weekdays and weekends anywhere from 6-12 hours on good days. Currently it is lower but I am planning on increasing my activity as there has been a decrease in it lately. 8. Do you have any Warnings? (What for?) : 0 and don't plan on getting any. 1. What is your IGN? (In Game Name) : Overseer Striker 2. What Regiment are you applying for? : Inquisitor 3. Why do you want to be a vice commander of this branch? : I absolutely love IQ and as always I wish to improve on it, I am one if not the most dedicated member of IQ as I've been around for quite some time now. I have also been Second Sister and Seventh Sister for such a long time now and I know what it takes to be in command of IQ. I do so much for the branch and I wanna expand upon it a lot more, like I have in past experiences. I usually try and communicate with the whole branch to become close with everyone in it, it builds trust between us and proves that I wish to better IQ. I want nothing but the best for IQ as most of the people on the server can back me up on this matter considering I play hardly anything but IQ, plus I'd say I'm a pretty great leader when it comes to this branch in the Empire. 4. How much game time do you have on the server? : I have 11 weeks on the server so far. 5. What is the Main Purpose of a vice commander for a branch? : The main purpose of a vice commander is to make sure the troops stay in line, grow the battalion and to have active members. The commander must basically be a role model for the troops and to communicate with the officers, NCO's and the enlisted. It is the commanders job to keep the roster up to date and to hold trainings for the troops as well as keep up with the promotions. If there is anything that needs changing in the battalion the vice commander would be the one to make sure these changes happen. They need to also introduce punishments to those who misbehave and disobey orders, basically troops or IQ that step out of line. Subsection A. -Attend weekly meetings. -Show activity on TS & Discord. -Follow the Chain of Command. -Be active at least 3-5 days a week. Subsection B. - Show good leadership and communication skills. -Maintain a professional and mature attitude at all times. -Promote those who show activity & dedication. Why should we trust you to be a vice commander? : Well as I've said before I am pretty dedicated to IQ and I've been proving it ever since I came back. I have started to really increase the amount of SIMS and Trainings we do on the branch and hopefully people are starting to see that. I put a lot of heart into the job as I try to improve it all the time, I want nothing but IQ to thrive and make it enjoyable for everyone that plays on IQ. I believe you should trust me to be vice commander because I always do my job when I am in one of these roles and I have never done anything wrong, that should count for something. I know I've left quite a bit but I promise to stay around much longer than I have in the past, real life just got in the way of me staying but I should be good this time around, so hopefully I'll be able to prove my worth once again. 7. How often can you be Online? : I'm usually on everyday, I have a lot of free time on my hands and I wish to put a lot of it onto the server. 8. Do you have any Warnings? 1. What is your IGN? (In Game Name) : MC DIR CPT Fred 1212 2. What Regiment are you applying for? Medical Vice Commander 3. Why do you want to be a commander of this branch? I have joined medical for a while now, i have seen the good and lows of medical. I know medical has always been struggling to get new people and to keep it alive. Witch is why i want to be Vice Commander, i would be able to help medical more than i could of before. I also understand the responsibilities of being a Vice Commander, but im not afraid of them if it means making Medical more active than before.It will also let me get closer to other fellow command who will be able to give me tips and tricks. I also want to be able to give the most fun to my fellow troopers and make them more proactive in and out of game. The other thing that gives me the certitude of being able to command Medical is the fact that i have been taught by the best of the best which includes Keegan and Catbob who were well know and respected Command member and who have my utmost respect and admiration. I know that other very respected candidate are also applying for this position and even trough i think that i feel like im perfectly qualified to take the position, they still are good friends and i wish that their application are also as important as mine. I also think this is a very good way to improve my leadership skill and my communications skill which are not only good in this game but in life in general. 4. How much game time do you have on the server? around 224 hours, and that is only the beginning 5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? The Commander of a branch purpose's is to show the example of it's troops and the one who has to make the important decision for the regiment it's the commander's of. It's also the one who needs to keep their troopers in line. Being Commander is also encouraging their troops to do Sim, trainings and mission and help them in the process, giving them tips along the way. It's also the one responsible with interacting with the other battalions other than it's own and discussing the different choices that need to be made in other battalion or the one their currently leading. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : I understand the responsibilities and the difficulties of being a Commander. I also know when is the time to be serious and to handle things when they get out of control. I also am able to lead troopers and make them listen to me when i tell them to do something. I always listen to those around me, higher up or not, i always make sure to listen to their opinions and taking them in accounts before doing actions or decisions. I also know that i am not perfect, i make mistakes like everyone but i also strive to improve myself and to learn from them. Also,i am always friendly and try to be as professional as i can be on the job to make the other's people experience as great as possible.There's also the fact that i listen well to orders and that i would never disobey an order from someone who is higher rank than me.The last thing point that makes it feel like i should be chosen is the simple fact that the troopers under my battalion always treat me with the upmost respect and always express it to me, which made me apply because if they didn't respect me or listened to me i wouldn't have applied for officer or for this application. 7. 1. What is your IGN? (In Game Name) : Shock EJTAL CPT Marlin SK174 2. What Regiment are you applying for? SHOCK (#SHOCKRP) 3. Why do you want to be a commander of this branch? There are many reasons why I am seeking the position of Vice commander in shock to start the #1 Reason why is because Shock was the first battalion I ever joined and I have loved everything about it from day #1 (even guard duty) . I Strive to make shock the best it can be. I am also very dedicated to Shock spending hours on end guarding our stations aiding enlisted/nco's and in general keeping the ISD clear of all the bad eggs that cross our path. I want to help Lead Shock to the best of my ability, whether it be filling out roster updates, LOA’s/ROA’s. I also want to be helping the rest of the Shock command in discussing and solving any and all issues that come our way. 4. How much game time do you have on the server? One week+ and counting 5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? The main purpose of the vice commander is to be the Commander 's Right hand, as well as setting the Standard for all Officers. In General the job of the vice commander is to lighten the load of the Commander by doing roster updates ensuring the Officers and Nco's are meeting their Sim/Tryout quotas weekly, And making sure all of Shock are at guard ‎stations. The commander also should make sure the SOP and other documents are up to date with the current information within the battalion. Vice commander Should also always keep his ear to the ground and listen to the enlisted+ complaints and suggestions for the battalion. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : I believe you should trust me with this position because I have proven myself with my commanding experience as a Shock Officer. I have had many other leadership roles other than this server, with these experiences that I had, I can transfer it here making sure that I am the best that I can be, but still adapting and changing, making myself the best that I can possibly be for shock! I always help enlisted and officers with problems they have and I am always there to aid them any way possible. My only goal when I become the next Shock Vice Commander is to push us to the next Level no matter what that will entail. I have made a handful of suggestions to the Previous Shock command and I believe that I can continue to think of and implement ideas to improve shock as a whole. 7. 1. What is your IGN? (In Game Name) : Faltion 2. What Regiment are you applying for? Shock Vice Commander 3. Why do you want to be a commander of this branch? The main reason I want to become a Vice Commander is because I have seen many quit, leave or become inactive on the server within the first week of being on the job. I feel and know that I can take on the heavy workload that comes with this position whether that be roster updates or general stuff like making sure the SOP is up to date. With the help of CMDR Carson and VC Gallen I know that we can push shock to be even greater than it is right now. 4. How much game time do you have on the server? 4 days sever time (Been on the server for 1 month+ playing as shock) 5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? To help lighten the load on the Commander and keep all of the officers in check so that they can in turn keep the rest of the battalion running smoothly. VC's inspire leadership out of others and are there to be a friend and a colleague that any trooper can rely on when they are in need of assistance whether that be on the ship or IRL. While they do have to be someone that others can rely on they also have to stay strict with troopers so that they can learn and be excellent troopers. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : I’ve shown that I can be trusted as an officer to be given the position of Captain so early on and believe that I have shown what It takes to be a shock trooper. I have been in shock for almost a month now and never once have I falsely arrested someone, or lost a sit in regards to an arrest I've made. If you have seen me around the ship you know that I take the laws very seriously, the law is the law and no one is above it. 1. What is your IGN? (In Game Name) : Gallen 2. What Regiment are you applying for? Shock Security - Vice Commander 3. Why do you want to be a commander of this branch? Ever since I was a small child I spent my days watching Star Wars over and over, I’ve seen the phantom menace at least 50 times. While growing up and seeing the wonderful Shock troopers in the Clone Wars, right then and there I knew that red was the way to go. Now seeing how this is an ImperialRP server the red still drew me in from the second I joined. Since I’ve joined the Shock Security battalion I’ve seen an incredible turnaround rate for the Vice Commanders, they keep leaving or getting demoted. I feel that having a solid person who truly desires the position, and who will always be there for their troopers is incredibly important over all else. At the end of the day it's the people in Shock that make me enjoy this battalion more than anything else and I very much want to give back to it. 4. How much game time do you have on the server? 2 weeks+ in game time 5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? The main purpose of a Vice Commander is to support the Commander himself, while being the perfect role model for the officers to set their standards to. Doing roster updates and in general taking part of the workload off the Commander so that he may focus on the more important tasks at hand. The Vice Commander should bring up important issues with the other Vice Commander and the Commander himself to make sure the large scale decisions are made with careful thought and agreement. It is important that they are approachable to bring issues up with, friendly, and overall understanding. It often goes a long way in earning the trust and respect of his fellow troopers. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : Well to get started I have worked at a bank for 5 years, and recently was promoted to branch manager. In my tenure as a bank officer I've noticed many similarities between leading a team of tellers, personal bankers, loan officers, and coordinating a group of shock troopers in any sort of situation; it takes a fair amount of communication and control. I have also been an officer in shock for almost a month now and never once have I falsely arrested someone, or lost a sit in regards to an arrest I've made. If anything I'm sure I've received complaints for following the laws too closely which at times has even included arresting fellow shock for breaking the law. Why do you want to be a commander of this branch? I want to be a command member in shock because i have a extensive background in shock including being vice commander in shock once before. me and all of the troops in shock have a mutual respect for each other, they always come to me for any problems they have and and questions etc. I know all the ins and outs of shock and even people from other battalions will come to me specific for reports or questions about shock. after my removal from shock i felt beat, but i remembered what my old sovereign protector told me when i was just a CDT in RG "If you get removed or striked dont stay down get back up and prove that you are better" and thats exactly what i did. I was demoted from my sub branch and rank of vice commander back down to major but i fought my way up the ranks proving each and every time i got promoted, that "I am that guy pal". i have became even stronger than before, more matured and less mingy of course. But i cant take all the credit, Id like to say that Gallen, Cella, Faltion, Ken, Humpherey, and fearmont are one of the reasons i am here in my COL position and also the lead of a sub battalion, these guys have brought out my true seriousness for roleplay and the respect they show is enough to where you feel special like you have done something right, i have trained these fellas from the start, from a 5 man tryout to five of my best officers. these boys have showed so much determination and hope for me and they are what keep me excited to get on every day and do my job to the best of my ability so they can have the best experience in shock. 4.How much game time do you have on the server? The main purpose of a commander is too instruct, Listen, Encourage, Lead, and set an example for the battalion. one of the best commanders i had who fills every spot on the list of perfect example of commander would be my good bud General Bon, when bon was the commander of shock everyone looked up to him, the way he carried himself and interacted with the troops was the attitude of a real leader. when i would do something wrong he would call me out on it but not in an aggressive nasty way, in a respectful adult way, because just because i was a lower rank he still thought of me as an equal and treated everyone like so. my ideals of a commander are all things i have worked on the entire time i have been stripped of vice commander. I have done multiple officer trainings, hosting weekly meetings, taking battalion complaints from others outside of shock, redoing documents, dealing with internal affairs , all this whilst making sure all my troops are ok and doing well and listening to anything they have to say. a commander should always be on the best behavior and always treat others with respect. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : When i got removed from vice commander i didnt question it, i knew what i had done was wrong and i knew i had not been being the correct role model for Shock. I knew what i had to do, i had to better myself and prepare myself for this position. i have learned what one needs to do in order to prosper in this position and all the right steps to being a good leader. i have also taken on the role of COL which is right under vice commander and have been doing everything i can to right my wrongs and be the leader i should have been before. you can trust me with this position because being a leader is in my nature, i have always been a natural leader people have looked up to me and follow what i do my entire life. i did not take this position as i should before but i am ready now 7. I want to be a commander because I want to be somebody to turn to for other shock troopers, or other troopers from different battalions as well. I don't want people to be afraid to ask questions if they don't know how to do something or if they need help. I want to help guide people to be their best selves and do there duties and pass them with flying colors. I am dedicated, and patient with my fellow troopers and I try to be the calm of the storm when a situation arises because cooler heads always prevail. I try my best to do all of my duties and do them well. Whether it comes down to teaching someone how to use team speak, or to help someone finish their tryouts. I want to help create the best police force in the history of this server. I believe I am capable despite my young profile in shock. I am determined to keep rising and I will not falter no matter what duties I am given or how long it may take. 4. How much game time do you have on the server? I joined the server about a month and a half ago and I have a week of total play time. 5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? The main purpose of a commander in shock is to guide other troopers to be their best selves and to assist them in growing as a trooper in their career and to grow as a person as well. A commander is meant to be a role model for their fellow troopers and step up to the call of duty and perform their duties. A commander's purpose is also to create an environment that is safe and positive for other troopers as well. A commander's purpose is to also teach others to perform their duties and if they don't know how to do something, then you help them until they are able to do that duty. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : I have no warnings, or strikes. I am a patient, chill person, and I want to help as many people as I can, I believe that with Vice Commander I will widen my perimeters and be able to help even more people and enforce law and order aboard the ISD. I will do my best to put down the level of abuse amongst us, and I will do whatever duties I need to in order to make it so everyone can have fun, and also be a good person, and to be a serious trooper in the server. 7. 1. What is your IGN? (In-Game Name) : ST/Shore HCPT COL Lucy TK2010 2. What Regiment are you applying for? Stormtrooper Vice Commander 3. Why do you want to be a vice commander of this branch? From the first day, I joined the server to where I currently stand on the server today I’ve always set my goal to help each battalion I’ve worked for to thrive and flourish within the server. One of the ways I would like to help the Stormtrooper Corps as a Vice Commander is to repair and grow our reputation as a battalion. Although the Stormtrooper Corps may be seen as a “default battalion” it still has the aspects that make it a battalion of its own such as its Sub-Battalions, Sub-Regiments, Command Structure, History, etc. As a Vice Commander, I believe I would be much better equipped to improve my battalion's image, something that as a Low-Command member would be far more difficult to project. Another important thing for me is serving as a good example to the other Officers in how we deal with minges and recruits, helping them to become invested in the battalion. Lastly, I have always enjoyed assisting the Command Team with any type of out-of-character work like Stand Operating Procedures (SOP), other special projects, and answering any questions anyone may have including Command. A Vice Commander also assists their Officers by teaching them, encouraging them, and helping to hold them to a higher standard so that they grow into even better Officers. I believe I can make a difference within the shock battalion. Not only do I know how to communicate effectively with my higher ranking officers and equals, but I am also able to relate to ST's - making me an easily approachable person to go to if anyone needs anything or has any questions. I feel like because I'm approachable I can more easily establish and build upon relationships with anyone on the ISD, whether they're in Shock or not. I truly believe I've built a familial-like relationship with everyone in Shock and I'd like to further nurture those relationships from a position that could make an impact on others. The main purpose of a commander in a branch is to lead their battalion/branch with utmost respect for the rules and the troops that follow you, to hold yourself at the same standards that you hold your troops at every day. As a commander you have to be prepared to take pride in your work in day-to-day duties in Shock. As a Shock Commander/Vice Commander your duties are also to ensure that all your troops are following procedures and following all rules of the ship, taking proper action when said rules are broken and providing correct disciplinary action. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : I should be entrusted with the Vice Commander position mostly because of how good my track record is. I've never caused any difficulties within Shock nor any serious offenses to make me less considerable for this role. As previously mentioned, I'm completely reliable and never fail to keep operations within the battalion going smoothly. I work very well with all of my comrades; higher-ups and ST's alike. What is your IGN? My in-game name is Caps or SHG Senior Honor Guard Caps. What regiment are you applying for? I am applying for Vice Sovereign Protector/Vice Commander of the Imperial Royal Guard. Why do you want to be Commander of this branch? I want to be Vice Sovereign because I want to help progress not only myself but also the Royal Guard Battalion as a whole. I enjoy participating and interacting with all members. Personally, Royal Guard is perhaps my favorite branch I have been apart of, from the members to the way we operate, everything is such a great and memorable experience. I would like to help and work with the new Vice Sovereign Steel with whatever he may need help with to allow for the Battalion to run fluidly and without any issue. Right now, I hope to revise this Battalion to help it achieve its full potential as a branch. Vice Commanders need to monitor their officers and make sure they are doing their jobs up to standards as well as making the desicion to appoint new and responsible officers. Vice Commanders should be active in the community, making sure that the members of their Battalion are feeling welcome and giving everyone a voice in future decisions any Command member makes that impacts them. A Vice Commander must be tracking the Battalion's activity (making activity pings and contacting any inactive members.) I want to be the VCMDR of this branch because when I first joined the server, I thought Purge/IQ were really cool but never took the time to join them and now that I’m in them, I really enjoy both. I want to be able assist Purge/IQ command and help relieve any stress they may have within in the regiment, and help them with anything they may need. I would like to be able to host Lore sessions, I would try to host them as often as I could. moreover, I would make sure our officers are actively hosting Sims/Tryouts to make sure we have a good flow of new members joining and keeping our numbers up in Purge/IQ. I would like to do fun things and interact with all people in this battalion and make sure they are also enjoying their time within the regiment. I also have no issue making new SOPs or keeping the current ones up to date as well as doing a roster update whenever required of me. The Main job of a Commander/Vice Commander in purger/IQ for this instance is to help the other IQ lore, Purge Command and, IQ hand with the smaller menial things that they may need help with but shouldn't really be that invested in at all. A VCMDR should also be making sure that all the officers are doing what they’re supposed to do, and stay within good relation with all of them to make sure they feel appreciated and that they’re doing good in their regiment but, they also should correcting their mistakes so they may learn for the future! They should also be monitoring all their officers and NCO's making sure they aren’t abusing their powers, and making sure they aren’t pushing their limits. VCMDR's must also get to know their NCO's and Enlisted so that they know who you are but also to make sure they know they are actually are seen by Command and, feel like they have a good Command team and are appreciated by the Command team so they know they will be able to get far within their regiment. VCMDR's should be working with other battalions and, trying to hold fun sims or set up more passive/active roleplay for their regiment and making sure everyone is enjoying their time within the battalion. They should be the enforcer of the Commander and IQ hand when needed and not allowing anyone to break the rules or letting others get away with stuff! VCMDR's should be helping everyone with anything they need help with, they should be actively talking to their other command members and assisting them with anything they need as well as talking to their Enlisted and NCO's to get their opinion's too because they matter. Finally, they should also be making sure they aren’t putting their personal opinions into things when it isn’t needed. and maintaining as much of a professionalism persona as possible. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : I believe I should be trusted with VCMDR of Purge because I’ve been trusted with a Command position in the past and I have been told I was quite efficient and good at what I did (Resigned Vice Marshall of SF). I know how to keep my personal opinion(s) to myself when it comes to punishing or rewarding members within the branch. Furthermore, I have been trusted with the staff Rank of Admin, GM V, and finally officer rank within Purge. I have never been striked or demoted within Purge/IQ. I believe I have the ability to improve this battalion and with the position of Vice Sovereign, I can do much more than I can now. I can keep the roster up to date and try my best to make sure the battalion stays out of any trouble. I will try to plan more SIMs and multiple training sessions to keep Royal Guard fresh and alive as well as doing roll calls frequently to make sure the roster stays up to date. I have been in the Royal guard for a few months now and have grown to know mostly everyone, I have learned to lead them and end conflicts between fellow Royal Guards; I can keep calm in tough situations and resolve them efficiently. I am a moderator as well, I have experience with solving conflicts and making sure I know both sides of the story. I lead a sub battalion in the Royal Guard known as the Shadow Guard, I have updated documents for them and have made sure we do tryouts 3 times a week. I attend the weekly meetings and stay active on the forums and discord. When I see someone fit for a promotion I make sure to reward them with one. I feel as if Royal Guard at the moment lacks a bit of professionalism, I think I can make Royal Guard more professional in ways such as more SIMs, lightsaber training and discipline. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : I am reliable, whenever someone needs help I'm always there to lend a hand. Everyone on the server that knows me trusts me a lot. I can be trusted as a Vice Commander due to the fact I will always get the job done efficiently, as well as done the right way and how my Commander sees fit. How often can you be Online? : I can be online every day of the week if need be. Why do you want to be a commander of this branch?: Since I first joined this server, I have gained an undying loyalty and love to the branch you start out with. I have lead braves soldiers into battle, fought alongside some amazing people I'm glad to call comrade, and I hope that I have changed this regiment for the better. To that, I feel that the shared vision of the high ranking officers and Commander of STs will be better put into action with me taking a higher position in the regiment. I also feel that legitimization of Stormtroopers as a regiment will be an overall benefit to the server, with the position of Vice Commander, I will make it my mission to weed out and convert the minges that seek to destroy the environment of the server at the source. The main purpose of VCDMR of Stormtroopers is being a guiding light to the new players, instill discipline, teach them how to have fun without ruining it for others, teaching the ins and outs of the ship and the people on it. The purpose of the job I'm applying for is not too dissimilar from a Shepard, guiding the sheep known as new STs into the light of a competent and fun player. 6. I have never tricked anyone with malicious intent, I am one of the most conservative in relation to my current power as an officer, and most of the people on the server know for a fact I would not go mad with power should my application be accepted. 7. I would love to be chosen to be a vice commander of shock because I am the second highest ranking in shock and have been a COL for about a month. This means I have a lot of experience commanding both lower officers and NCOs/Enlisted troopers. I want to be command so I can assist Sully with leading the battalion as well as assisting with day to day things such as giving roles and doing roster updates. I feel I have proven myself due to my countless hours on shock, training and assisting other members of shock as well as helping command with issues within the battalion. 4. How much game time do you have on the server? I have 4 weeks of playtime on the server as of writing this. 5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? The main purpose of being a commander of a branch is to make sure the battalion is running smoothly and members are being active as well as moderating it such as removing or striking people if needed. Another main purpose of being a commander is to be a role model to your troopers. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : I should be trusted as vice commander because I have been a loyal member and officer in shock for over 4 months so people in the community and shock know me pretty well. I also have ideas for the battalion such as getting more input/suggestions from NCOs and enlisted to make shock better for everyone. The Main Purpose for a Command member apart of every important branch on the ISD is to be a role model and to lead the newer bunch of players as well as have them enjoy the branch they chose, while also being harsh to the point where the branch will run smoothly and every player will be very active. 6. Why do you want to be a commander of this branch? I want to be a commander of this branch because I want to help my Marshall with training new troops and making the Star fighter corps a more professional battalion. I also want to build up our teamwork and self-management skills. I also want more troops from battalions such as purge to get their certifications to fly. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? The main purpose of the vice Marshall branch is to supervise officers and NCOs, to assist the Marshall, helping new pilots, and training new recruits. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : You should trust me because I would never abuse my rank and I would be a huge help within the Star fighter corps. I would also be able to trusted because I have been a Star fighter for more than 100 hours and I have never been demoted, and I have always been respectful to other troops in my regiment and on the server. 7.
