Kev's IF VCMDR Application 1. What is your IGN? (In Game Name) : Vur Vermin (Used to be Kyle Thorn) 2. What Regiment are you applying for? IF 3. Why do you want to be a (Vice) Commander of this branch? I want to be Vice Commander because I want to help IF thrive it is already in a really good position however I'd like to do more for the battalion e.g. increase battalion relations and make more things for IF to do around ship e.g. recently I have been asking battalions if they need any help a example of this is have been sending IF to help guard Brig or Bridge when shock is low on numbers. Another reason I want to be Vice Commander is because I am passionate about the battalion and want to help the current command team and bring some thoughts of my own to the table. Finally I want to become Hask because I'd like to help the battalion as a whole e.g. changes through criticism or discussing with the command team about the next change for IF. 4. How much game time do you have on the server? Around 800 Hours + (my battle metrics show multiple accounts with different hours for every time I've changed my name) Tab in game I believe shows 10-11 Weeks however I've been told that's not accurate 5. What is the Main Purpose of a Vice commander for a branch? The Main Purpose of a Vice commander is to make sure the battalion is active by pushing for try-outs if necessary and making activity pings on a regular basis if needed and making sure the battalion is in order this means making sure Officers are doing the right thing which then shows the NCO's what to do which leads down to enlisted. Another purpose is making sure their is communication between the command team and dealing with any issues that may arise and helping the commander with anything that he needs. Finally a important purpose for the Vice commander is making sure the roster is updated because if it isn't it may cause issues and miscommunication and speaking with command / SNR CMDRs or HC if necessary about how could we improve or what should we do because no battalion is perfect. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : Ok so first of all, On GL I have left or transferred multiple times when I've been in command or close which is undisputable. Mostly I did this to improve my grades but I'm done with school now and other times I've been a idiot by leaving my position and I regret it deeply. I realise that I have made a big mistake by leaving them positions in the past but I believe I've changed from leaving battalions when I get Command and I'd like a chance to prove it. Secondly I have command experience because I've been a IF SL, IC CMDR, Second Sister and 501st CPT so I know what to do in the VCMDR or CMDR positions and how to act / how to be a good VCMDR / CMDR as well I am currently the highest IF Officer showing I'm capable of leadership. Finally you should trust me is because I have never had a warn or a sit against me which in my 1+ year on and off of GL shows I know the rules and I don't break them. 7. How often can you be Online? : Almost every day 8. Do you have any Warnings? (What for?) : 0

I have been in shock for a really long time and i was in it's ups and downs and i always come back. I belive i should become a vmcdr in shock because 4. How much game time do you have on the server? I joined decmeber last year and i have been playing ever since 5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? The job of the commander of shock is to make sure it's battalion has a good spirit and a good mood, and ofcourse to make the ship clear of any people not following the rules 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : I have done some bad things which i can't take back but i have improved the errors of my way. And i will never abuse my powers as a shock and a VMCDR 7. Vicious Imperial Commando Vice Commander Application ========================================================================================== Questions 1. What is your IGN? (In Game Name) : Domino MAJ 5170 Vicious 2. What Regiment are you applying for? Imperial Commando (the SEV job position) 3. Why do you want to be a commander of this branch? I want to try to improve and help bring up new IC into the imperial commando group. And maybe try to push for IC to get improved and helped out. 4. How much game time do you have on the server? 4 weeks 5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? The main purpose of the Vice commander in imperial commando is to lead and attack high priority targets and to help the officers form into a wonderful fighting force and to help the IC adjust and assist the troopers in the server as a whole. Another thing the VCMDR needs to do is to train and discipline the IC in a appropriate way to insure strength and still allow the troops to have fun at the same time. This involves a balance being active, punishing people for breaking rules and not becoming a tyrant and becoming the thing no one wants to be near. You know, like remembering that you were once a trooper or a curious ST, or trigger happy trooper. But also not being biased and always siding with your own troopers and keep a open mind. aka be the example of what you should be and not what you should avoid. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : To my knowledge I have always followed orders to the letter by high command or commanders and always try to listen to ideas from others. I have only been arrested by shock a few times while for weird reasons. (like getting arrested because I was trying to get a 31st to leave bridge CP.) I do follow IC and server rules to the best of my ability and avoid killing other troopers and try to get them arrested instead. (honestly getting arrested is a worse punishment then getting killed.) I have served as a commander in Republic Commando's on a clone wars server and I preferred to train the trooper in combat or maneuvers then simple PT. Punish a person in a way where they can use the punishment to improve instead of punishing them where they just get a finger cramp and watch YouTube. I have not been the guy that has had a staff sit made against me aside from the one that the guy put in the wrong name and a guy that was performing failrp by mic spamming the DT voice mod as a mouse or a gonk droid. (I will never forget that because it was funny watching a admin snap so fast onto a player.) If i was arrested or put into a sit and it was not mentioned I may have forgotten about it. The server is fun and I want to try to push the IC into a better state then it is now. 7. How often can you be Online? : I went to put in a loa and realized I was just going to be gone for only a half of a day. If I am needed and I am not busy at that hour I should be on daily for at least a hour or 2 at the absolute least. All day if I don't have anything to do. 8. Do you have any Warnings? (What for?) : I don't have any warnings and don't plan on ever having any warnings.

Why do you want to be a commander of this branch: To help the battalion and give them another good leader to look up to and help the current commander Augustus with the battalion and keeping it up and in shape and making sure that things like the roster are fine and up to date. To be more specific on how I want to help the battalion is by trying to get more activity because it's been kind of down in the past few weeks I think but I also want help by helping others in the battalion like if they have a problem with another member I would try my best to resolve the issues. 4. How much game time do you have on the server?: I joined around the beginning of 2020 and this server gave me more than 500 hours on gmod so i’ve been here for a while 5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch?: To make sure their battalion is behaved and up to date with things and giving them a good leader to look up to that won't let the battalion down with inactivity or things like that. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : Because I think that if I have progressed to the rank I am at right now and I am an officer in the 501st so I think that shows that I have experience with leadership and leading troops and that I'm not a super minge. I have also been in this battalion for a very long time,longer than most of the officers here now and I’ve gotten to know many of the people in the battalion and I watched many people progress and I want to help them progress even more if I become VCMDR. 7. How often can you be Online? : Pretty much almost everyday 8. Do you have any Warnings?
