-Support I'm going to have to say this, due to you breaking the staff handbook. You knew you're not meant to be staff on another community when staffing on Gaminglight. I think everyone would expect more information about, "Why do you think your Staff Restriction should be removed. I feel like you're only just coming back because Fame left... But anyways, you knew the Staff Handbook, you did read it all etc. You should of never broken the handbook.

+Support I'm not a type of guy to give many +supports on application, but! I like the fact that you took my word and edited your application. It indicates that you really want to be a Colonel, and it shows that you're willing to help the Police Department. No one here can you say anything about your activity because you could be in EU etc. I just recommend being activity all the time, I think you have the requirements to uphold the rank of Colonel. NEUTRAL When applying for the rank of 'Colonel', I expect to see a lot of effort and information. All you said in your application about what you're going to be doing as a 'Colonel', is punishing and dealing with Sergeant Major's, to be honest with you, our Sergeant Major's are pretty trustworthy and I'm sure they wouldn't be messing around etc. As everyone else is saying, your activity needs improving before moving on to an important rank. I would suggest for you to fix your application and explain why you should be promoted, and what you will be willing to do when you're a 'Colonel'. If I don't see any improvement in this application, I'll have to -Support it.

I've noticed people consistently belittling staff. Staff are not punching bags for you guys to play with. These guys do all of us a favour to help you all. Yes, they are not being forced to be staff. They are volunteers. I personally believe that these guys deserve some kind of credit and some kind of respect as they do this for free. So please remember that these guys have feelings and may have off days which taking LOA's. We're all human and make mistakes. Staff put a lot of time and hard work into their servers. We're here to help you guys and solve any problems, we don't want to be disrespected and I'm saying on this behalf of the entire staff team. Please show us some respect because at the end of the day SMT and the entire staff team work very hard for you guys to ensure you're having fun! we take majority of our day to keep the servers clean and handle any people that are breaking rules. Please show some respect towards the Staff Team and be grateful for what these guys do for you. Remember we take majority out of our day to help you guys! we do it because we want you guys to have fun and we always want to make sure the server doesn't have rule breakers. We Staff members don't get paid we're here just to volunteer and help this community grow and help with anything you guys need! We don't want to be disrespected in any shape of form... So, whatever decisions we make please be respectful of it because at the end of the day staff members will not tolerate disrespect and it will give them a negative thought. Hello everyone, I have always been thinking about this suggestions for the past month. Some of you guys probably won't like it but I just think its a good idea for the Entire Staff Team! If someone was to be accepted to the Staff Team, I feel that they should be interviewed by a Head-Admin+ and be trained by a Superadmin+ This will give all the new Staff Members some information and some experience while being apart of the Staff Team it will also give them some knowledge as well! The reason why I picked Superadmins to train is because they're apart of JMT and it will also give them something to do! Superadmins have been with this community for sometime which means they would know what they're doing etc! Because at the moment (Not to be rude) But whoever is accepted for staff they're just given the rank and they're ready to go like there's no training etc they're pretty much reading off the staff handbook... That's why we should add this in because they would also get more information for others about staffing. So, when they're following the Staff Handbook they can also gather more information about other stuff etc! I'm actually being serious about this as well, I know this is in General Discussion but I would like to get your guys opinions. Some of you guys may not like this idea for this will help the Entire Staff Team, Like people that are applying for Staff may not like this idea but on the other, hand you guys are getting trained for a good reason and you guys are getting that experience and information you need before you go out there and start handling sits. Really think hard about this guys! Command Understands the Requirements Good Leader Good Character Acceptable Application Recently Returned to the Server Not seen Conducting Duties Activity Needs Improvement I personally think that in this instance we need to look past the negatives. Velvet was a member of Command long before I had even considered a position. He is extremely experienced in this regard, and I personally looked up to him when I was a Sergeant Major. Due to recent short comings within his life, Velvet has been restricted from conducting his duties, but we must keep in mind that activity is the primary factor in the lack of training. We must consider as well, that activity comes with time, and with his recent return to the server, a drop in activity is to be expected. Should he remain this way whilst on Command, we will deal with it in whatever manor we see fit. However, as previously stated, we need to look past these negatives. Velvet has a knowledge of PD Command that very few others possess. He was an extraordinary leader in the past, is of good character, and still consistency shows these qualities today. Overall, I can confidently say that Velvet is a trustworthy man, and I believe that a reinstatement to Lieutenant, would be extremely beneficial to the Department. Good Luck! - Colonel Munchies

Why are you calling PD mingy? Yes they're mingy but FBI is the same. Half of the FBI Members hardly know what they're doing... They mainly get into gun fights and protect the president. When was the last time you saw FBI doing an investigation? Also have the Police Department going undercover is a great idea pretty much real life.
