  1. Honestly I feel like ALL SCPs (Besides 939, 682, 106, 096, 049, and 1245-2) could be blocked as they Use Claws or Weapons to Attack people so +Support.
  2. What are you suggesting? - Allow Epsilon-11 into D-Block under very strict circumstances. Here is what would be allowed: 1. Less than 2 Security on. 2. Less than 5 total MTF on. (Not counting Epsilon-11.) 3. The jobs NOT allowed in are: Combat Engineer, Coldsilver, Ranger, and Scout (Due to them all being specialties) 4. No more than 3 E-11 are allowed in at a time. 5. There has to be a reason other than just riots. (CI in D-Block, Needing to feed an SCP, and Sarkics in D-Block. Other than this the usual DSD+ perms would be required. How would this change better the server? - There was a 1 Hour long Infil raid due to the fact that they had their riot shield out and the only people on were E-11 and of course they can't go just melee the person to kill them forcing the E-11 to switch to Security Jobs AFTER recontaining the 4 breached SCPs. It would more or less be a solution to fix CI being able to pretty much be impossible to kill due to only E-11 being on and it makes some E-11 get off due to the factor of the CI raid never ending because they can't kill him. Are there any disadvantages of making this change to the server? If so, explain. - Maybe the fact that it's a been a rule for so long that it would be an odd change? Who would this change mostly benefit? - E-11 Please link any workshop content, screenshots, or anything that you think may be helpful to those who view this suggestion - N/A

What are you suggesting? - Commander should get Vice Commander Reserves, I do not think getting to Branch Head and resigning should warrant a demotion out of High Command as getting to that position isn't exactly the easiest. (Not to mention Commander USED to get High Command reserves at COL but now it's not so.) How would this change better the server? - More fair towards the people who get to Branch Heads. Are there any disadvantages of making this change to the server? If so, explain. - Not really honestly.   6. -Support has been denied before if you want a Medkit play some of the other jobs that have one. Imagine the balance of 150 50, a pistol, and a medkit.
  7. I don't think you can just "Fix" hit reg especially when pop. is high. Even if this did happen there would have to be a damage nerf as it would then be too OP

  9. They both have the same SWEP and Model and Movement speed so I don't see this being possible. But the HP does need to be changed though.
  10. 280 Took out a group of 4 Coldsilver and 2 E11 Officer's so at the very least I'd say he is "Okay." Also my total AFK time at most is 1 Week so your points are all invalid. I will stop from this point on to avoid arguments starting. My -Support will still stand.
  11. I would LOVE to see this it would just make so much sense for this to happen as it is VERY lore friendly. But I do believe this was suggested before and SMT said they prefer game play over lore as this suggestion has shown: If there was an easy way to implement this for staff then go for it but I just see this flooding staff with sits then go for it but they are busy enough as is. I'm neutral on this as I want it But I don't see SMT doing it.
  12. I've been on this server for a Year and a half. I have 19 Weeks of Playtime and I'm level 119. 966 is not meant to be able to take out 2 MTF as they are weak (Like they are supposed to be) you are supposed to single out MTF that are alone and take them out My -support still stands. Please play the SCP CORRECTLY before commenting on a buff suggestion. Thanks.

Presentation: 23/25 Used Original format but it was still presented well! Writing: 25/25 Minor errors in grammar but it was still written well! Test Quality: Exceeds Expectations! Notes: I would love to see what you can do with your own log format so get creative! Try one out!
  14. Today I stood in medbay for 10 Minutes waiting for healing. Every 2 Minutes or so I'd go /advert {F} Can a Medic flag up and heal me please? After the 10 Minutes I went and bought a medkit for myself as I couldn't go to fight CI on 35 HP. Maintaining my -Support

  17. Should've made it more clear but the suggestion is to prevent them from using the casino not entering the area.
  18. Grade: 73/100 Lore: 25/25 I dont see any lore issues from the SCP or the Hypothesis. Creativity: 15/25 Hypothesis is creative but again there is no Audio log or Results to confirm if it worked. Presentation: 15/25 Custom Log Format but it has no color and doesnt have actual formatting. Writing: 20/25 No grammar errors but it's not very descriptive and doesnt have an audio log. Test quality: Meets Expectations Extra Notes: Be more creative with these! We love R&D's creativity and I wanna see some more description and a better revised format! I'd take time and kinda test the water to see what looks good!

You gotta remember that losing D-Block hurts GENSEC, Research, MTF, and Utility (Even CI in some cases) GENSEC = Their activity is based on holding D-Block if they all die constantly and can't gain D-Block back they get upset and wanna get off. Research = Not only would GENSEC getting off hurt their escorts (^^^) not being able to hold D-Block hurts them badly as then they won't be able use D-Class for their tests. MTF = D-Class getting out and breaching SCPs 24/7 is so unfun and I can tell you first hand that it can get so irritating Recontaining an SCP then they get breached by a D-Class 15 Minutes later. Utility = They are non-combatants they can't do anything until attacked and 50% of the time by the time they can respond they would most likely be dead, Medical won't be able to open Medbay due to D-Class hurting them more and then they will constantly get killed trying to leave it open to get their RP in. CI = Constant SCP breaches could ruin their raids easily and it also can make MTF, and GENSEC get off ruining the fun they get from killing people in a raid. It ruins their fun and can also ruin their raids if it gets under a certain amount of personnel.
  20. 280 Already Breaks the lights and people have to fix it. I don't see what you mean? Also, CI breaking the lights and having to have people fix it or the cooldown timer doesnt really sit well as it would be another rule in the MOTD that clogs it up and makes it harder for newer players to understand. -Support
