Give the 076-2 an option whether to accept the challenger or not, so its not just a forced recontain. Either 076 accepts the D Class and then goes into his chamber (RC) or 076 denies the D Class. Now if this happens, MTF would have staged an ambush just in case he doesnt accept, so when he comes back out, they mow him down from across the hallway (Terminated, if it works)

+Support I've seen the Doc get angry When he doesn't get his D-Class, he should be able to make a certain amount of 049-2's before becoming calm (lets say 3-5). When he is NOT calm, or "Furious", FearRP should not apply. This makes him a huge threat.. because you cant shoot him (FailRP), so you'll just have to run away from him or persuade to get him the certain amount D-Class he needs to calm down. The player can RP and comply with the MTF (and turn on them at anytime) or go on a spree and get the certain amount of "patients" he needs until he can calm down. Either way, as long as he gets that certain amount of 049-2's, he will become calm again. While he is NOT calm, or "Furious", ... hes untouchable. Just pay attention to his Breach timer and requests to solve this rampage. Don't mess with the Doc. that's just my take on it... Do with that as you will.
