What are you suggesting? - Make 096's SWEP Highlight the person who looked at his face How would this change better the server? - It would make 096 more lore accurate, Cause less confusion on whoever looked at his face, and would make 096 harder to avoid, and cause less 096s staying enraged for way too long cause they didn't know who looked at them. Are there any disadvantages of making this change to the server? If so, explain. - As stated above it would make 096 harder to avoid, also we would need to edit the SWEP to make this possible and it may be a little glitchy at first. Hypothesis: On the 9th of August ████ Dr Ethelric of the Foundation Research Division is beginning tests to determine ways of combating accidental Exposure to 096. Previous attempts to overwrite the image of 096 through the use of amnestics has resulted in Failure. With the assistance of Medical Staff ECM Weiss and Resident Dr Bongwater, we begin conducting the Test to determine if there a possibility of defeating SCP 096's killing urges through the Death of 096-1. Through a combination of amnestics and a serum recently discovered by Bongwater, that can cause total neural shutdown without lasting brain damage, we hope to learn if Death itself can Defeat 096. The Following Personnel Played some Role in This Research Project Project Lead Researcher Dr Ethelric Research Supervision SCM Dr Albert Hofmann Medical Staff ECM Weiss Resident Dr Bongwater 096-1 File Supplied BY Foundation Doctor Robert Peterson Phase Zero - Baselines 12:27 PM After Attaining file 096-1 From Foundation Doctor Robert Peterson, myself as well as Dr Hofmann and our Medical Escort moved to the Heavy Containment Zone With an armed escort made up of MTF ████████ AND 4 D-Class personnel. Upon arrival in the 096 Containment Zone, a Baseline Test was Conducted. We separated the D-Class into 2 groups of 2, one held inside the outer containment chamber, and one group held 50 Meters away, outside Containment. Safety Protocols were initiated and all present members were fitted with Total Blackout Helmets. After all checks were completed, The first D-Class was exposed to the image containing 096 and quickly after 096 began to act distressed. The D-class was promptly terminated. After corpse removal, the second D-Class personnel was shown the same image, but immediately administered amnestics. No noticeable changes were found in 096's behavior. With the Baseline Confirmed we began to prep for Research PHASE ONE. With the aid of Medical personnel, we were able to acquire 2 doses of a Serum capable of stopping all neurological function when administered through an intravenous drip. One dose was prepared with a saline solution and the second dose was prepared with a mix of saline and amnestics. The remaining D-Class personnel Code named ROMEO and JULIET were moved to standby outside of the containment zone. Phase One - ROMEO 1:38 PM D-Class personnel code named ROMEO was introduced to the outer containment chamber and the area was secured. Medical Staff Hooked Romeo up to an IV drip containing Solution 1 and began Safety protocols. After confirming all present personnel were secure, the first test began. Romeo was exposed to the image of 096, and the solution was administered. As soon as 096 began reacting, the solution was released into ROMEO's bloodstream. Approximately 15 Seconds later the subject was confirmed to be deceased with neurological activity ceasing completely around the 40 Second mark. At this point 096 began to exhibit less distress and was moving towards a docile state once again. After approximately 5 Minutes, Medical Staff revived the subject and after approximately 1 minute 30 seconds, neurological patterns were monitored as stable. Shortly after Romeo recovered full cognitive functions, 096 began to become distressed again, at this point Subject ROMEO was terminated and his corpse was removed from the Containment Zone for disposal. Phase One - JULIET 2:23 PM After approximately 30 minutes, we deemed 096 docile enough to begin the second trial. Subject JULIET was introduced to the containment zone and medical personnel hooked her up to the IV drip containing Solution 2. As with the first test of Phase 1, All Foundation personnel prepared for the 096 Exposure. After safety Checks were completed, JULIET was exposed to the photo containing 096. As with the first test, 096 became agitated shortly after the image was viewed, and the Solution was administered to the subject. After total neurological shutdown was reached and 096 was viewed as docile, The Medical staff began to revive JULIET. As with subject ROMEO, the Revival Process was completed in short order but upon examination of the Neural scans, ECM Weiss noted a significant decline in the Neurological activity of subject JULIET and it seemed as though much of her motor functions were severely hindered. After approximately 4 minutes of theorizing what these initial results meant for the subject. During a Retinal check, Resident Dr Bongwater moved the subjects head to the side to view around the head. It was during this movement that the subject head moved to an angle which allowed for a view of the containment chambers 096 markings. At approximately 2:38 PM, almost as if in unison, both the subject and 096 began to scream out. MTF was quickly urged to terminate the subject to avoid any further risk of containment breach. Shortly after JULIET was terminated, 096 began to calm down. Once confirmed safe, ECM Weiss ordered the body brought to surgical for further study. Medical Review of Subject JULIET Approximately 1 week after the testing was conducted, ECM Weiss sent over their findings from the autopsy. It seemed as though the combination of amnestics and the primary serum caused a more powerful effect then anticipated. The effects of the combined solution did not only erase the Short term memories of the subject, but damaged the Hippocampus severely, along with scar formations being found on the Cerebellum. It is unsure if any of the damage was caused by agitating a pre-existing condition or if the damage was solely caused by the solution used in the testing. Further studies will need to be conducted with this new formula to determine the truth but this is where Medical and Research parted for the experiment. Findings and New Hypothesis' Though the test was a failure, the foundation now has concrete knowledge that after exposure to 096, one can die and be revived, yet still be classified as 096-1 for all intents and purposes. The next stage of this project is Dependent on the results of Medical in regards to the solution used in this test. One thing remains unclear however, we do not know why the reaction of 096 was so long after Subject JULIET was revived. It seems as though the crippling of the neural pathways caused enough damage for JULIET's brain to remove a very significant amount of data relating to 096. , yet we are unclear to what degree it did so. A new testing route has opened up to be explored on this matter however, the study of 096 exposure prior to chemical lobotomy. Background Research: 173 Is a statue made out of concrete and rebar wire. 173 kills his victims mostly from a break at the neck sometimes suffocation. 457 Is a entity made out of fire the more fuel the bigger it gets. If 457 gets too much fuel he splits into 2 the 2 become hostile to each other. 096 Is around 2 meters tall with a slender build with his skin completely white. If 096's face is seen he starts crying then screaming then he kills who saw his face. Hypothesis: lets use 457 and 173 to burn off flesh and break bones of 096 Observations (What Happened During Test): We sent 457 and 173 into 096's Containment. Then all hell broke lose they did not get out but the noises THE NOISES! It was hell Evidence/Visual Stimuli: When we came into 096's containment all there was just ash and broken bones. Background: -096: 096 is a humanoid creature that attacks anyone who observes it's face. -049-2: 049-2 refers to a subject who has been 'cured' by 049. 049-2 has no form of higher brain function and is observed to be nothing more than a mindless drone for 049. Hypothesis: SCP 049-2 will trigger 096. Observations: When 049-2 observed 096's face, 096 immediately began attacking 049-2. 049-2 started to fight back, however, and was even able to deal physical damage to 096. After 2 minutes of fighting, 096 terminated 049-2. Analysis: This certainly shows how strong 049-2 can is, with it not only withstanding 096 for a short time but also fighting back enough to hurt 096. As expected, 096 was able to defeat 049-2, and was able to recover any injury 049-2 inflicted.

Rank: Junior Researcher Clearance Level: 3 List of Personnel involved in testing: 1 Lead Researcher 1 Junior Researcher 1 MTF Level D personnel involved: 1 SCP: SCP-096 Errors and/or safety hazards: since d-block was violent I was only able to obtain 1 d-class, aside from that none Question: What happens if you show an edited photo of 096 without facial features, would it still attack? Background Research: 096 is known for killing people for looking at its face. It has done so with video and picture as well and whoever edited the photos were also killed because of looking at its face. Hypothesis: SCP-096 won’t attack if the d-class looks at the doctored photo. Observation/Visual Stimuli(Photos/videos): Because of 096’s procedure we couldn't take any safe pictures Analysis and Conclusion: From what we heard from inside the cell, the d-class died a horrible death because he had looked at the picture which means it still caused SCP-096 to go into a rage. Do your results align with your hypothesis?: No, I was wrong, further tests will be done with the other two photos when requested.
