  1. +Support A concept that will work to help riots stop, damn right I'm giving it support
  2. And also, enjoys my events when he wears a supersuit.
  3. What is your in-game name?: Blackstone What is your steam name?: [GL] Bucket What is your steam ID?: STEAM_0:0:78825884 Do you have any other experience with staffing?: (If yes, explain) I do have experience; I have staffed for Arion Servers (Mod), Swift Networks (Superadmin), Void Sanctuary Gaming (Superadmin), Elemental Networks (Superadmin), CyberRP (Admin), MikusGamingWorld (Superadmin), and I even worked at a company that hosts Garry's Mod servers, HexaneNetworks (Sales Executive). What date did you start playing on the community? (roughly) Beginning of May, but a more accurate date would be May 5th. What date did you make your forums account? May 7th Current rank on server (This is a ULX rank ONLY! Not a RP Rank)? Event Mod How many warns do you have on the server (Show proof with a screenshot)? I have none, ever. Have you donated? Yes, for Platinum, MTF Job Pack, Hatchet, and Bronze. What rank are you applying for? Senior Moderator Are you staff on another community (BE HONEST)? No. Have you read the staff guidelines at (blank) you will be tested on it: Read and Understood Timezone: CST Permission (Senior Moderator+ need this): Blackbeard (Senior Admin) Infected (Senior Admin) Dogz (Admin) Why do you believe that you deserve the rank? (150 Word Minimum) As a person, I've come to really enjoy the people in this community. More often than not, I can always go up to a friend in every branch and have a few good laughs, and that's something I don't take for granted. I doubt I deserve the rank, but I believe I've earned it through my dedication and ability to lead. As staff sits come and go I have done well over 200 expertly handled cases, including the occasional d-class RDM case. When it comes to warnings, I have only issued about 20 total over that entire course and they were for legitimate reasons. My ability to see through the bullshit and attain the truth only comes through my understanding and dedication I've given wholeheartedly to Gaminglight. The big thing I have always had follow me, is my ability to lead. Across all the servers I've been to, my straightforward thinking engages anyone and everyone around me to further understand my measures. Putting people in the right direction is a big focus for me, and I can only do that by leading them there. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? Mass RDM (4+) is an instant 10,000 second minge, but if all they do is curse at you, it becomes Staff Disrespect also. So as my math puts him at 11,200, I won't be minging him. I'll be having him banned by JMT/SMT or whomever is available for a week+.
  4. -Support PKs are a necessary thing when certain identities that are to remain classified are revealed. Also, if a breach of information on say a Level 5 document or use of a Level 5 room by a Level 2 Researcher. There are MANY reasons a PK is instrumental in keeping the peace with players and to enforce RP. Edit: If you follow the rules, you shouldn't be worried about being PK'd.
  5. - Support The video before it holds lots of truth in the matter. And, since the rule regarding 'hearing keypad crackers' isn't written, I'd say this goes in Chief's favor.
  6. +Support Easy to implement, large availability of lore, what do you have to lose?
  7. -Support Fubar has limited use case. My solution is to slow down its use time so that the damage can only be applied like every 10 seconds.
  8. I will save a place in E11 whenever you decide to return. I'll miss you trae ?
  9. So we back in the mine
  10. Oh man, my story is just plain simple. My friend Sam and I were like 10 at the time and we always stuck with Minecraft, which we still play to this day. He showed me the Half-Life series because I was gamer illiterate and I became hooked on the entirety of Source Engine games. After only 3 months of that, he asked me to buy Gmod and I picked up my mom's credit card and spent the $10 for this epic game. I have now had it for nearly 10 years and I still enjoy playing it with my good friends when we just want to build something, then watch it blow sky high. Between these years, I have made and owned over 15 servers and at least 20 communities. Each with their own stories to tell.
  11. +Support Active member of the SCP-RP and very friendly demeanor towards others. He can be very serious and is certainly able to handle the task. Also, great application ?
  12. +Support I have a history of working with the biggest active HaloRP (UNSC vs Covenant) and I believe this course of action would be amazingly beneficial for gaminglight. (Plus, I have some EPIC content)
  13. In-Game Name: MTF E11 CMDR Blackstone 027K Steam Name: [GL] Bucket SteamID: STEAM_0:0:78825884 Are you a Moderator+? Yes. How often are you on TeamSpeak? Every day, as I have to be to ensure my command and subordinates are doing what they should be, and to hang out with most other command. Do you have a working quality mic? My microphone is Teamspeak Certified quality. (Link) What timezone are you in? CST Why would you want to join our Support team( 100 words+) More often than not, people are always waiting in the support room to get Teamspeak tags. I myself have had to wait nearly 4 hours on my phone to get tags and its a bit disappointing, but I believe that I can change that for others as well as myself. Overall, my activity on Teamspeak will be the biggest factor, as I am on every single day to focus on my work as Epsilon-11. Joining the support team would also add to my reputation as a command member and to help me be known as a friend throughout the community. One more notable thing, my experience as a staff makes me a bit more proactive to help out. How do you think you could affect support staff in a positive way? Every day, Epsilon-11 has downtime during DEFCONs 4 and 5. During that downtime, we are inactive and playing chess or running through PT. When we are just not working hard even remotely, I can engage my effort into providing support for people in Teamspeak. Since that happens incredibly often, I believe I will be able to help immensely. How would you greet someone that has a problem in one of our support channels? "Good day, My name is Blackstone, how can I help you?" Have you read our rules and do you promise to uphold all those rules to the best of your ability? Yes. No questions asked.
  14. I'll help out you buddy. Hope life works well for you ?
