Players had a sign up above the police station saying piggies and all other stuff like that, Next I get a call from swat and he was blocking there car and not letting them go thru. Refusing to move and jumped on car, Talked to other tmod and we both agreed. Other warns he had as well related to this situation, as of cop bait. Told to remove the sign and had to ask a few times before he did
