Which is why I thought my version was correct.
-
I just checked the MOTD and this is what's on there now: SCP-173 cannot move if there are more than two people staring at it at any given time. I swear it previously read that if two people are looking he couldn't move.
-
From my current understanding: If one person is solely looking at 173 it can move every 5 seconds. If two or more people are looking at him, he can't move unless someone is trying to cuff him and they fail the roll. If three or more people are looking at him, 173 can be cuffed without needing to have a roll. Additionally, 173's SWEP can not be used to to get places he would not normally be able to get while just running, so teleporting on top of cameras, or signs and such isn't allowed. + Major Support for having modified, documented rules for each SCP for their specific SWEPs and recontainment.
-
- Support If Nemusus was afk in a place he wasn't allowed to be, and a GENSEC member was tied up with taking him out of that area, simply slaying and resetting Nemesus is a perfectly valid action for Knuckles to take.

There is another suggestion regarding 457 here: I don't know if they would be able to set it up so that your character wouldn't burn from the fire damage caused by the SWEP, but increasing 457's health would somewhat fix this problem.
-
Because they agree with what was said and are adding their support to it.
-
There would be room for one or two boards in the trainee room.
-
Hmm, I haven't heard anything about that.

Straight from the MOTD: SCPs cannot open other containment cells. Only SCP-035 can do this. +Support Regarding the armory thing, I would support allowing SCP 035-1 being able to attempt to get a keypad cracker IF the armory is already open, not giving SCP 035-1 a keycard to specifically access the armory. This would be consistent with server lore if the person was taken over by SCP 035 taking over a foundation staff member or a class D member, SCP 035 would attempt to gather supplies to further help him escape, as he's sentient.

- Support on the report itself Saying something or someone sucks is an opinion, and does not rise to the level of a branch/player dis in my opinion. HOWEVER Koala has had a significant number of reports against him in a short period of time, and has started to develop a reputation as a staff member. I'd recommend either a retraining period requiring Koala complete specific training requirements to understand what is expected of a staff member with our community, or other actions taken using the discretion of the senior server staff.

While allowing E11 into the facility isn't exactly lore friendly, which I'm usually a big advocate for, some liberties need to be taken here and there for the sake of maintaining activity and players on some jobs. I believe that the benefits of deviating from lore in this instance could be beneficial for our server.

Neutral Chess Boards So Everyone Can Play In SCP-RP
Rookieblue replied to timmoomoo's topic in Denied
Personally, I don't like the automatic - Supports just for not following the format. We should still judge things based on their merits in my opinion. On the topic of this suggestion, I don't see this working out. If a D-Class and a GENSEC sit down to play a game, I can guarantee another D-Class will run up and stab the GENSEC to death, making them next to useless. - Support -
+ Support I rarely see people playing this SCP because he burns to death so quickly, increasing the health would at least make him a bit more playable.
-
+ Support I'll give support to allowing MTF to patrol EZ during DEFCON 4, but I don't think they should be allowed deeper into the facility unless specifically requested per Knuckles' reasoning above.

+/- Support It was supposed to read "this is a non-Cannon SCP". This is from the SCP youtube series "Sedition". Watch isn't canon in regular SCP lore, but could be a potentially cool addition to the server. Essentially, "Watch" is immune to the effects of other SCPs, so, for example, SCP-035's mind control would not work on him, nor would the effects of SCP-012, and etc. He's essentially a regular person but has those protections. His main duties are to interview the different SCPs and gain information about their backgrounds and stuff since SCPs are generally non-hostile to him. Watch isn't really classified as a researcher, but more a D-Class with a few extra freedoms, so maybe on par with what utility staff can do. His immunities and sometimes increased strength aren't known to him, nor are they known by anyone besides the O-5 Council, so that would be an interesting RP dynamic. Server addition wise, it would make sense with him being bundled in with research for ease of transition, though he shouldn't be allowed to train other researchers, and he shouldn't be apart of research command if he's added. It could provide another cool way for research staff to conduct experiments with someone who is immune to the negative effects of other SCPs, as well as can maintain a respectful rapport with traditionally hostile SCPs, such as 682 and 079. Honestly, this could go either way, I think it would be awesome to add, mostly because I'm a big fan of the youtube series, but it also would provide some new research opportunities and dynamics within the server. This character isn't specifically lore friendly, however, since he doesn't appear in the SCP-Wiki, which would be something to be considered.

What do you mean by "deafening yourself"?

What you want to see? - Update the green sign going into D-Block including SCP - 527, as according to the MOTD he is allowed in there, or the removal of the sign all together to remove the potential for future conflict and refer exclusively to the MOTD. Why should we add it? - Clarifies the current ruling of which SCPs are allowed into D-Block, and removes the potential for confusion and arguments. What are the advantages of having this? - Clarifies current rules, reduces confusion. Who is it mainly for? - SCP's eligible to enter D-Block and GENSEC enforcing this. Links to any content - N/A
-
What you want to see? - An MOTD rule, or update to the position descriptions for Janitors, Medical Staff, and Technicians, that bar them from purchasing and carrying weapons, or at least restricting them to semi-automatic pistols. Why should we add it? - This would make the server more lore friendly, as these staff members would not have assault rifles, uzis, and such with them in the course of their regular duties, and would help cut down on minging that is quite common with these specific classes. What are the advantages of having this? - Less RDM mingery, more lore friendly, clarifies what's acceptable for these specific classes to carry so enforcement is easier. Who is it mainly for? - Benefit server wide with the reduction of the potential to RDM, clarifies weapon rules. Links to any content - N/A

Striker, please follow the required format, including your steam ID and such so we can process your appeal promptly. For clarification, when you killed Koala when he was shooting at you, did you kill him with the stun stick or a gun?
