To answer this part of the report which i will rewrite below- I talked to a couple of other staff members about the situation before coming to the forums about it, all of which admitted that a physical warning was very uncalled for. it is upto the staff member in the sit to give a verbal or physical warning depending on your previous warnings etc @zerg need your side to give a definite + or - support

both of you did things wrong as most sits staff handle the situation always comes out with either you both get warned or you just both leave it there.

making a blacklist appeal after doing all this doesnt exactly reassure me that you wont be minging or trying to do the exact same things again if you do get unblacklisted

Ddos threats dont deserve a second chance even if you didnt go through with it

want to point something out aswell Threatening to DDoS a server or a player shouldnt used in a jokey way at all it is a clear threat and should be met with the appropriate punishments

Changing my report to a 100% -support due to him being blacklisted from EMS for his actions displayed within EMS, His attitude towards EMS and his actions towards EMS on another job is no acceptable for a department like this
