-SUPPORT I warned you for posting the personal info in OOC thing (as Phil provided) and I can tell you for a fact that you had no care in the world. You even told me "It was a joke" and you didn't mean it as a joke, I didn't ban you that night because i was extremely tired and didn't think about it. But, on other things, you were banned because you caused SO many problems and I wouldn't want to see you back. Warn bans and bans over 1 year can no longer be appealed. Edit: I take that back. I did ban you that night. It was right after me and Tom Brown warned you because I asked Fame about the ending part (he told me to put it down) about seeing SMT at the time and you never did.

+SUPPORT This man is an absolute legend. He's good with staff, good with the rules and knows what he's doing. Not to mention the application itself. He's been staff before I came to SCP-RP last year and is still staff now and I believe he deserves a chance at JMT.

-SUPPORT You make a lot of claims about what he did wrong vs what you didn't do wrong and yet I don't see any evidence to back up any of the claims that you've made. Jimmy's reason makes valid sense and you're trying to argue about your ban. If anything else wait it out because right now you're doing nothing but making everything so much worse for yourself. If what you say is true, then please provide the proper evidence showing everything on your side of the story. Until then, don't be arguing on the forums about it.

-SUPPORT The fact that you're openly admitting to being racist (in the clip) and asking for it to be shortened is just insane. If it were me, I would have probably done it longer. You can't fight this due to the fact that the warning was given to you prior which is a standard procedure before a ban is issued. Maybe if you weren't being racist or if you were actually complying with staff at the time, then this wouldn't have happened. Oh yeah and also, Staff or Server diss isn't in the MOTD but that doesn't mean you have complete free reign to go out and do it anyway because yknow, being disrespectful is being disrespectful regardless of fact.

I think I vaguely remember the situation with you in total. Your friend was banned and you + your friends decided to call Fame names and was treating him like dirt. Not to mention after that you and your friends raided the TS on alts and did exactly what Dredgen said. Bans over 1 year old can no longer be appealed and seeing as how you have constantly tried to appeal this one, I doubt it will be appealed any time soon. -SUPPORT

Spoke with him in TS about it and he said that he understood the situation.

-SUPPORT You said "Fuck 12 they can suck on my nuts" in the crash screen chat. Not to mention that I put up in chat that it needed to calm down because EVERYBODY was doing it before the server restarted and warned that if it were to continue it would result in a 1 week ban. So, when the server restarted out of everybody I talked to, you said that and one guy pulled a racist remark. I also need to mention while I did say that it was okay in RP (as long as it's not going against current events and you are just RPing as a criminal) there also needs to be a point to where you need to learn to NOT do something because again, everyone was pulling the comments in adverts, comments and OOC chat. Everyone stopped when I made the comment saying 1 week bans were going to start being handed out and you said what you said on the crash screen.

+SUPPORT From the sounds of it, this restriction happened some time ago. Perm staff restrictions are nothing new, I've seen a few of them myself become appealed but it takes a lot to be un-restricted. Now, judging by your post I can tell that you definitely have regrets about what you done and it seems like you've learned from the mistakes that you had made. I do think a second chance should be allowed however I think it being reduced to 6 months seems like a fair trade compared to permanent. Of course it is up to SCP-RPs SMT team to decide this as they were the ones who gave the punishment to begin with, but I think the time being restrained to 6 months sounds more than fair to me.

Changing to a -SUPPORT Reason being is because after extensive looks at the screenshots, nowhere in the pics does this person specifically say that phrase. He may have said it in a sit, but if that is the case then the staff member who was in that sit needs to make the report OR he needs to come forward and give the evidence he has (if applicable)

It's literally a 1 day ban my guy... just wait it out. Also, take this time to read the MOTD. It will help you for future cases.
