-SUPPORT Warning threshold bans are non-appealable. If this was a warn appeal, you have no counter evidence proving that you did in fact receive a false warning. To top it off, the warning you received for FailRP (there are 2 so I would assume the 10th warning you received) was the warn that got you the 24 hour ban for 10 warns.

-SUPPORT Posting links to another community is not allowed at all. With that said, I see that you are having some issues with your appeal. STEAM_0:0:580816471 <----- this is your actual SteamID and from the looks of it, you were warned for advertisement a few hours prior to your ban so the part where you said you were never warned was a lie. Not to mention the 11 warns you have, you managed to get in a short amount of time.

There used to be a system that allowed people in your position to have any warnings over a particular age removed. But, sadly enough people would abuse that and it later was negated so now warns over 3 months old are no longer appealable. Sadly, I must -Support.

+SUPPORT Was former staff at one point and took his job extremely serious. He's very well known in the community and isn't afraid to meet new people as they come along to get introduced to them overall. Super friendly on top of everything, and personally I believe he should have another go at staff as he was great before and im sure he'll be great again.

Oh believe me, I'm not saying I don't believe you. I'm just going on my past experiences as staff and knowing what I've seen and how it's been done before. I wish you best of luck none-the-less though.

It's hard to really say anything because people don't just get banned for throwing links to somewhere else once or twice. It takes that person being told more than once before they get banned or they do it so much that they just get banned. Not entirely sure on your case because you were banned by Valk. Sure, it was 3 years ago but nobody really can say how much you were actually doing it. I will remain neutral for now. +/- support.

-SUPPORT Taking a few minutes to read the MOTD would have prevented any of this from happening to you in the first place. Rookieblue is an SMT member and done what he thought was right, regardless of it being one time or not, you still done it. GL has an absolute 0 tolerance for this type of stuff and the fact that you still put it there without thinking about it or questioning it doesn't make sense to me. Also, I highly doubt he just banned you without saying a word, because he wouldn't just put "Mass Racial Slurs" over 1 text screen. His side would be nice to hear, although I doubt my opinion would change.

Not to mention that yknow, this wasn't a one time thing. "Multiple run ins with SMT" that also says it all.

-SUPPORT You hit your 40 warnings and warn bans are non-appealable. You had your chances and honestly, I don't think you've changed much.

++++++SUPPORT Former staff, understands + is dedicated to a role as staff, EXTREMELY active (in his previous role as Senior Admin and even now) and stays extremely up to date with the handbook + MOTD at any given time. I've watched him go through the ranks before and I can tell you he is perfect for the staff team.

+SUPPORT Can be mingey, can be senseless from time to time BUT those are tiny fractions compared to the work and dedication that he puts in to be what he is now. He's a great staff member and I believe he should have the ability to prove himself as a senior moderator.

To add to this, with me coming back from this little break of mine I have found that you guys in no way have serious care about the rules we have in place. Things like this wouldn't happen if you would just follow the MOTD and have a little more of a respectful tone, fair and simple. Another point i'd like to add to everything is the fact that everybody looks at everything completely different than you do. What I mean by this is something you find funny could be a massive annoyance to others. Judging by the video, and what Will said here. I probably would have warned you also. The warn seems valid to me.

You would not just accidentally want to say anything like that in chat. Also, for the record, before you were banned you mentioned nothing of the nature about that text that you claim you were trying to copy and paste. -support
