Yeah the car was originally removed from the dealer when the mass vehicle removal was going on and was recently readded to the dealer. There are at least 5 classes with that car on it.

The class has been through a couple of owners and this car was also added in a long time ago. So chances are, the car was already on the class but nobody drove it.

-SUPPORT If my memory is correct, then any negotiatior can call off negotiations at any point if the person is stalling for time. It's been said before many many times in the past so what makes this issue any different? Also, again if my memory serves me well IF the hostage is killed while any active negotiations are on-going, then it is classified as FailRP. I've seen people warned for it and have even warned people for it. In this instance, SWAT said they would throw the flash and push in (meaning negotiations were going to be called off) and at that point, you kill the hostage and then the rest is history.

Anger doesn't excuse the fact that a DDOS threat was made. We have people who get angry all the time and yet they have NEVER made a DDOS threat in their life.

Even when I get super heated I dont make comments like that.... to make it even worse you were dissing the arresting officer extremely, and when they told you to shut up (when they had every right to do so), that's when you make your threat. Yeah, I don't think you should come back after that.

Well your ban is coming up on 3 years old. Im not sure how this appeal will play out but normally bans over 1 year cannot be appealed. Normally.

+SUPPORT I watched the video when it happened and after an extensive amount of time referencing it and analyzing it, the audio is cut out. I have NEVER and I mean NEVER seen or heard of Raddish doing anything out of line or to any extreme while playing on ANY Gov job. To make matters worse, I find this entire situation more ironic since we were all talking to Savage earlier this week about how he's been breaking rules in his current departments. Not to mention, another thing that you need to keep in mind, is you can hear the Discord API's sound for the Push To Talk being activated or deactivated at 23-24 seconds so that points to something not sitting right. Also this is NOT ARDM. ARDM is shooting or hitting someone with the intent to kill them, there was no intent to kill anyone in this situation.

The rule was setup some time ago. At least a year ago if I remember properly.

Yeah I put it together myself. Didn't take me long and I still have the original PSD file with all of the adjustments so if I need to make any more I can just go in and do it. I have a tutorial for Photoshop if you want an idea of how I did it.

I typically dont reply to these (unless the person is being super hostile about it) and you're being respectful so thank you for that. Anyway, bans are automated at 10, 20, 30 and 40 warnings and each time varies in severity at the end. It is a 1 week ban yes and hopefully you wont accumulate anymore warnings as time goes on. It's basically in place to let people know that "Hey, you're getting in trouble a lot. Take a break and lets try to fix things." and sadly enough, even warns that are years old are taken into account. Just be careful alright my guy? I have faith in you to do better.
