For the arguement that you pay good money for it, while it is true, you are specifically directed to read the rules on buying a CC before buying it, so you are buying the CC with the knowledge that D-Class can only have two secondaries.

I mean if you want to look at all the data, another large reason for the dip in players was because of the minecraft launch but take that as you will. I belive that for the time being the knives should stay the same, and maybe in the future receive a damage buff.

After discussing with other SMT, we have come to the conclusion that this would not be good for the server at this time. This would bring the server a whole lot more toward "Breach" (which is already mostly is), and we feel it would push the balance of roleplay and breach too far. At this time, we are going to implement a playable 079.
