So... yeah... SWAT has been a big part of my time in gaming light, but as life goes on, and my excessive amount of time in this game increases, my activity dwindles. Be it boredom, IRL stuff or anything else, it always starts to decrease. So, I had 3 choices. Grind the server out despite my not enjoying my time here, leave one department and focus any gaming light time on it, or leave the server completely. The last option is the last thing I want to do, so at first, I tried number one. Sadly though, this last moth just hasn't worked, I've been on SWAT once or so a week, and as low command, that just can't happen. So, here I am. Writing my 48 hours. But it isn't all gloom and doom. I will still be here, on state police, and i will be in the discord too, talking to you fine folks. And for those of you in SWAT Peacemaker, you may still see me around for a few operations. So... its not reserves per say, just more of an... soft resigning. Special mentions: @Azrael_ My mentor and original trainer. The best friend i made here, and an amazing person. I may be new, but it's entirely disrespectful and disgusting to defend the use of Racist Slurs by any member of the community, no matter longevity, rank or importance, Absolutely no one should be allowed to use this language, especially when the aforementioned reportee used the slur within the title of a video for a Staff Report, as Staff, even former staff, you're expected to be professional when addressing your fellow community members.

What are you suggesting? - For there to be atleast some elaboration on why suggestions got denied How would this change better the server? - would allow for us to look at why something was denied, check if thats going to apply to a suggestion we are going to make and then determine if we want to go though with submitting the suggestion. Understanding the reasons why some things are denied will prevent other suggestions that have reasonably assumed similarities and overlap from being made. Another advantage would be allowing us to tailor suggestions to accommodate for why something (a similar suggestion) was denied in hopes of making the server better. Are there any disadvantages of making this change to the server? Shadow Banning and Server Optimizations 1/20/23 Changes: Shadow Banning: Players that have not been permanently banned or blacklisted will be able to join the server while they are banned. These players will not be able to use voice chat, props, or networking, and won't effectively be able to do anything other than walk around. Banned players that choose to connect while they are banned will shorten their ban time an extra hour for every hour they play. These player are KOS, and should be RDMed if you see them! Bug Fixes: Fixed issue where players who were not banned could get on the shadow banned job. Maintenance has been performed throughout the week to help optimize server performance.
